It was working well and good in the past when no subscription was needed and all we needed was to top up the credits for search utilized. Then you decided to charge us a subscription. That was justifiable. However, you were not able to produce search result instantly anymore and it takes days and still we are not receiving the search results. Credits were utlized, hence to say, money spent but no search rendered.

Gentlemen, congratulations. This is a very useful tool for many of us in the service industry. It comes in timely when DNC is the talk of town. Would appreciate if you could also include the contact number that is being checked against the date and time of check since it may take as long as 24 hours for the result, so that we may be able to monitor and control when submitting multiple numbers for checking.
