What happened? The latest update has killed access to the two mags I'd already downloaded and won't let me reload them. Update: The app refreshes publications every time you leave the app and return to it even if just from a screen lock. When it does so it stops magazine download and it has to be started from scratch, so unless you have a blindingly fast net connection it is near impossible to download a mag. Also latest mag shown available for puchase but not available for dowload via the subscription.

Bought a subscription. Downloaded the app and followed the instructions. There is no way to download the mag without having to pay again. Nice scam you have going here.

Downloaded update and is now asking me to pay for the magazines. I have a subscription until feb 2017. Please fix asap

Previously happy subscriber, update has locked out my offline copies of Wheels and did not recogniz me, this is a poor transition to new digital framework. Now fixed and reloaded last subscription, renewed subscription

Won't restore subscription. Won't send feedback. Just won't work.

Absolute unmitigated disaster. I have a 12 month subscription and all this app wants to do is tell me to pay again for each issue. I did all the things the FAQ said to do, multiple times but still no good. I relented and tried to email them for support and after 3 times spending 10 mins per time detailing it all in writing and the app crashing and losing my text, I gave up in disgust. Steer clear for now until this disaster is fixed. It looks good and appears to have much potential. I have now simply asked for a call back and will adjust my rating if i get satisfaction. This comments section was my only redress. Shall report back with results. ****UPDATE****.....due to NO CALLBACK OR EMAIL RESPONSE THE NEXT DAY, late next day and I phoned and spoke to 'Julius' at Magshop here in Sydney and was very helpful but ultimately battling badly written software. He tried hard, spent a lot of time and was genuine in his attempt to help me, but had to refer it on to higher tech support. Reading between the lines this is a very problematic app. Will keep you all posted re updates.

Good theory POORLY EXECUTED

Since the new app about a month ago. No end of problems. Read other reviews and i am not only one. Tried everything and just does not work. I think i will go back to reading the hardcopy. What a joke in this age that the app does not work. You wonder how much testing took place.

I thought this was ok, convenient at least. But now it won't load any new edition past April. I am logged in and can access ones I've bought but can't buy any more.

I was never happy with the Google Newsstand version of Wheels - just essentially a Pdf version of the magazine. I looked forward to renewing my subscription in the Wheels app and getting some decent leverage of what can be done in an app.... Only to find it has reverted back to a Pdf style (with hyperlinks! WOW!). What an absolutely ridiculous setup..... Not that Bauer Media seem to care.

Content easily broken down into readable sections for your device, so there is no need to zoom in. Video overview of what's in the magazine is also a nice touch.

Registration website doesn't load, hasn't for almost a week.

No idea what's in the mag. List the details of what's within please
