Simetri Digital Printing

Simetri Digital Printing adalah sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam industri digital printing yang berdiri sejak tahun 2013 yang melayani pencetakan banner, spanduk, stiker, ID card dan produk digital printing lainnya. Kegiatan operasional perusahaan ini masih menggunakan proses konvensional dan belum menerapkan teknologi mobile, yaitu pada saat ingin memesan pencetakan produk customer harus datang langsung ke lokasi perusahaan. Hal ini terkadang menyebabkan customer terkendala oleh waktu karena pada saat datang ke perusahaan, perusahaan sedang tutup, selain itu terkadang disaat kondisi urgent, dimana customer membutuhkan segera cetakan tersebut perusahaan tidak bisa memberikan pelayanan tersebut. Sehingga, kendala-kendala tersebut mengakibatkan pemborosan waktu dan biaya transportasi bagi customer.


1. Customer menyiapkan dan mengirimkan desain yang sudah jadi berdasarkan jenis atau model yang dicetak oleh perusahaan (Banner, ID card, spanduk, dan stiker)
2. Aplikasi yang dihasilkan berbasis mobile Android dan website
3. Aplikasi mobile digunakan oleh customer untuk melakukan order produk
4. Aplikasi website digunakan oleh perusahaan untuk mengelola order yang dilakukan oleh customer
5. Aplikasi ini hanya melayani pemesanan untuk wilayah Kota Bandar Lampung. Symmetry Digital Printing is a company engaged in the digital printing industry that was established in 2013 that serves banner printing, banners, stickers, ID cards and other digital printing products. The operational activities of the company is still using conventional processes and yet applying mobile technology, which is when the customer wanted to order printing products must come directly to the site of the company. This sometimes led to customer constrained by time because when it comes to the company, the company was closed, but it is sometimes when urgent conditions, where customers require the immediate printing company can not provide such services. Thus, these constraints lead to wastage of time and transportation costs for the customer.


1. Customer prepare and send the finished design based on the type or model printed by the company (Banner, ID cards, banners, and stickers)
2. Applications are generated based on the Android mobile and website
3. The mobile application used by the customer to order products
4. The Web application used by companies to manage orders placed by the customer
5. This application serves only booking for the city of Bandar Lampung.
