Dictionary Latin English

Unfortunately it seems useless for me, who has just begun learning the basic grammer in the classical Latin. It also has something wrong with the pronunciation in Latin obviously, which doesn't seem to work for some reason. I'm very much disappointed.

Very effective quick reference when the 5lb Lewis and Short is out of reach. Contextual references helpful, though a bit sparse. Conjugations/Declensions also very handy. A much better reference than I expected for the venue.

It's not quite as flexible as Whitaker's Words (whether the online or offline downloadable version), which is my Latin e-dictionary of choice, but nonetheless it is a marvelously helpful tool, and the layout is very nice. I would definitely recommend.

I always reinstalls the app after using storage cleaner. Only for this app. Please resolve. Will rate it again. Improve interface.

I found this app to be clear, simple, and even fun to use. The only problem I encountered was that if you ask it to pronounce a word it will instead pronounce the line of words in a rapid stream. Despite this though it was worth the 5 bucks. Thanks for making it.

Searching from in the app for latin words works pretty well but using moon reader integration or translate clipboard can't even find simple words like magnus and sed. Both of these were found inside the app. This makes this app 100% useless to me but since searches in the app work I'll give it 2 stars.

I've been using this for a while now, and it's been really helpful for looking up words. I love that I can favorite words too. The only problem I have is that if I open the app through the widget and then try to switch tabs, it force closes.

It is a great app but missing a lot of words

Easy to find the word you want, easy to jump to either side of the dictionary, saves time. What more could you ask?

Absolutly useful for Latin learners

Has a large, great vocab selection in the pay version. It links to a huge number of related words. As a Latin teacher and owner of many dictionaries, I am very impressed! It cannot parse anything though, so everything still has to be nom, sing, masculine or 1st person, singular, present, active, indicative, or the app won't know what word it's from . I've yet to find any mobile apps that can parse, despite paying for many that claim to.

Translator doesn't always handle complex sentences well, but the dictionary is amazing. Very comprehensive for a phone app and well worth the price.

Easy, fast lookup, with a wide range of definitions. Cross-references work well enough. More examples of usage, especially for the Latin side, would make for a perfect app. Still close enough for me. PLAVDO, y'all!

Ridiculously cheap investment with limitless applications [not "apps"] for a curious mind. Specifically, applying the appropriate grammar and context for text tattoos to avoid an embarrassing scar...

Would be better if it had macrons.

Useless without macrons. Otherwise, works fine.
