One thing good about orange travels is they call , if you not reach your pick up point. The buses are not good

Very bad service. Break downs are very often as buses are poorly maintained. They won't even send a replacement and management does not respond. Worst travels and worst app

It's a best service I never seen in any other travels bus from last 6months I am only traveling in Orange travels and some times it take delay in pickup time but we'll trained drivers and nice comfortable seats and I think in sleeper buses beds should be little more longer in height.

I booked a bus from knr to blore today and the bus driver doesnt wait for 2 mins since i was late. I chased and got the bus but the reaponse from service guys is pathetic.

In INDIA if there is any worest bus service means that is Orange only. GOD will definitely punish these fellows one day. Without calling customers they are moving from boarding points and saying switch off when we called your mobile..

Best Bus service I ever traveled.TRAVELED FROM HYDERABAD TO JINDAL. WHITE INTERIOR, CURTINS , SHEETS , PILLOW MEANS THEY ARE MAINTAINING GOOD CLININESS. ACCURATE TRACKING SYSTEM, BUS STAFFS CONSTENTLY FOLLOWED THE PASSANGERS.

Very worst Travels. After Bus break down in between, No response from driver and management. No cash back for remaining journey

I hve travelled only twice,but co-incidently both the times i was 15-20 mins late. And the driver was so polite n waited till I arrive. N evn Aftr i came he didnot said evn a single word. Loved the trip. N now adays I prefer only Orange buses to travel.

Worst behavior 12th night my father journey Hyd to guntur, in scania bus 11.40 at lakadikapol father 70year old person slowly he is getin bus that time driver talk very abused language... Worst behavior.....

This bus passengers from vizag and Srikakulam must be carry the dinner.becouse,they are stopping at midnight 11:45 pm for dinner at one of the waste dhaba.

Excellent service travelled from Hyderabad to Erode. They offered snacks, water, pillow, washed bedsheets.... Good Punctuality..

This is the worst experience i have got with this travels...they have cancelled bus n there is no other alternative option they provide and even there customer care doesn't give proper response

ZERO rating if it would be there.worst service.they cant even wait for the passengers if they are late for 10 to 15min.the most irresponsible employees.no proper guidance.

One of the worst service they are providing ,my bus time is 10:50pm, and now iam posting comment on 12:15 am ,still waiting for the bus They make us wait for long time.

I am traveling now from blore to Vijaywada. (3rd Dec) tried reaching customer care number to validate luggage charges no one is responding. Driver is asking rs 400. We are 3 people and 4 luggage bag. Can't we take that much? Horrible experience. we will never travel with orange bus service. Guys do not travel with such a bad service.

Need to improve the App really 80% of Application to be improved and payment gateway takes a very long time to confirm the tickets and also it doesn't showing the Booking records in the app !! Pls make sure all this are implemented !! then no words about Orange Travels

I like the service and they are normally spot on, with the timing. One glitch I am experiencing with the aap is, my bookings is not showing any recent bookings and instead it shows one ticket which I booked long back

Bad service... Delayed services... I have lost one hour more for departure from the actual time that they provided... Cheating..

Small problems with charging ports in the bus

You can't see your journey details after booking a ticket....

No proper pick up location at Gandhipuram...Misguiding by making calls...Come there and here... Irritation grows....Aftr reaching pickup point...Just they tel come near adayar Anand bhavan....But there are 3 adayar Anand Bhavan's in Coimbatore...I was misguided and I vent to r s Puram...Adayar Anand bhavan...Horrible..
