Worked great on my Priv when I bought it in January 2017. Now, NONE of my synced calendar events gives a visual notification or sound, even though they are set for alerts. I have already spent hours with phone and app settings to no avail. I may have to go back to BB10 if I cannot figure this out soon. Would love some help with this!

K70%
by K####:

The blackberry calendar on my z10 was way better than this version on the dtek60. The most annoying part is that I can't share events with my bbm contacts. Defeats the whole purpose of being a blackberry calendar!

U70%
by U####:

I am so very frustrated with this app on my new blackberry keyone as the notification of each of my event didn't have sound especially when I needed a "wake up alarm" for my meeting, unlike the one I used to have on my blackberry 10 classic which worked so well. In crackberry forum highlighted this issue due to the June update on this app. Please do something about it. So annoying!!!!!!

U70%
by U####:

abruptly stopped getting alerts on meetings, which renders the app essentially useless, and not able to find any data to help troubleshoot if it's introduced by the latest push or something I can address. These are recurring events in the calendar and alert settings are all in order, unchanged since before app update. Reboot doesn't resolve. No ability to rollback. Otherwise, never had a substantial complaint w/ the app until now.

by Y####:

I love my BlackBerry calendar and Hub but there's a bug where deleting or changing one of my EAS All Day events won't sync the change. So I get the old event and the new or changed one. Had to install outlook to see what's really in my calendar.

Newest Aug 30: finally fixed the alphabetical order to chronological. Except for annual all day items (like birthday reminders). They show up before the actual date. Now pls take into account the improvement comments others have made. Aug 30: still not corrected! UNUSABLE in Agenda view! That's the view most people use! Just look at the comments since Aug 28!! Newest update Aug 28, 2017: calendar no longer in chronological order within the date in Agenda view! Why the heck would we want items sorted alphabetically???? We need them chronologically!!!! FIX THIS FAST!

K70%
by K####:

It's OK, it doesn't allow you to add multiple events so you can separate the colours manually or I can't find a way too, for different entries which is quite a basic tool and should have. Other than that everything is pretty standard.

K70%
by K####:

It used to be acceptable, now not so much. Learned to live with the fact that yearly reminders have 2-3 copies of the same entry but since the last update, none of my other recurring reminders are popping up.

Fixed calendar in agenda mode so they are now in chronological order not alphabetical order. However, you managed to mess up the dates in agenda mode again. The same thing you fixed in the last update before this one. Scrolling backwards shows dates as 30, 29, 30, 28, 29, etc. Fix one thing, break two things. This app is unusable in its current state. BlackBerry App developers must be smoking a ton of the Afghan Goo.

I like the general layout of the app but the month view which is the one i spend most of my time on to get an overview of whats going on for the next few weeks is not nearly as usable as google calendars. The lack of text on each day and the fact that a multi day event does not stretch over each day it encapsulates simply makes it less useful at a glance than google calendar. All the other intefaces work just fine but month view needs a complete overhaul.

K70%
by K####:

Meeting mode is useful. I use google calendar because the 3 day view is a great hybrid between agenda and week view. For portrait mode week view is too squished together to be useful. Agenda view could be more compact to show more events. I would consider switching back if a 3 day view was added.

Hello Blackberry , still missing “drag and drop ” function. I hope we can see that function soon.

Great app. Solid performer and definitely value added compared to my calendar when I had iPhone. Curious as to why the icon is stuck on Mar 31 though...

When I need to change (alter) the time or time and day on a reoccurring event/meeting it wants to change all of the reoccurring events/meeting, past and future. Or, the one I need to change & all future ones. What happened to just being able to change 1 reoccurring events/meetings or only a few in the reoccurring dates? Very frustrating.

K70%
by K####:

Please fix the date in the calendar icon to display the actual date of the day instead of the fixed 31. Thank you kindly for your attention. Lawrence Lee

This app is good. It does what it's supposed to do well. I'll give it five stars when BlackBerry adds a 2x2 widget option, when it stops crashing when I go to settings (using a OnePlus 3), and when the UI is a bit prettier.

Missing key functions that existed on bb. Specifically. The ability to add a conference bridge details when setting up appointments. Locations. Should be able to search for a location like you could on your bb and auto fill the location and address. Lastly you can email support for help and they 100% ignore you. Not the BlackBerry I have been loyal to for over a decade. (Yes I have the paid version and they still ignore your help requests). Disappointed. However still a good app. Just needs the same levels of functionality that we are all used to

Update: Now the agenda view is sorting alphabetically rather than chronologically? Are you guys trying to drive us away? BlackBerry is now a software company???? Reminder notifications not working! So apparently we have to reboot the phone every six hours to make sure we don't miss appointments? Back to the DOS days we go!

U70%
by U####:

Disappointed with the Agenda view, sorts events alphabetically rather than chronological, rather than chronologically; why would you do this, or is it a bug. Why can't Tasks with 'due dates' on be included in 'Agenda' view, as on old BlackBerry Calendar app!

K70%
by K####:

One step forward, two steps back... Calendar now in alphabetical order instead of chronological order?? Really?? Who dreams up these updates?

Overall it works for me, it would be better if my Zoho Calendar could be connected but overall pretty decent. Love having the widget too.

This app needs to a way to view tasks in the calendar... for scheduled tasks in the calendar and at the end of the day for unscheduled tasks. Also, it needs to be available for tablets as sometimes I am using my tablet and need access to my calendar. Start and end times for an appointment should be set on the same screen, not requiring each step start hour, minute, end hour minute to have a different screen.

K70%
by K####:

Not at all as functional as the real BB calendar. The one on BB10 devices. With this version, you cannot: reassign events to different calendars; change views between full week and work week, or adjust working days and hours shown; get rid of the annoying button indicating you want to add a new approach; can't get rid of numbered weeks; can't make writing at side small so calendar days display wider in the only week-view offered of 'whole week'...

Love the recent updates - work week is excellent! Can we please get dark view?

In addition to the good options in the application, but it need to add option for working week days number or end day which will help for covering worldwide working days per week
