Richland School District 2

Loved the app last year, but for some reason it dropped 4 of my kid's schools. I can only use it for one child right now. Have to get on the laptop to view the other kids. No longer convenient.

I love how convenient this app is; however, it will not allow me to login. It keeps saying that my password and username are incorrect.

I cannot turn off notification for irrelevant information like busses and fundraising. I don't use the busses, and I pay taxes so I refuse to beg for money. However I cannot stop this app from sending notifications about things that do not pertain to my child's education.

Since December 15, I receive 4-5 notifications about a bus route change fir Killian. I don't have a student there, can't turn them off, and have no way to contact an admin about this issue.

For some reason it is not letting me or my husband log on. It keeps saying something is wrong with our connection and our Wi-Fi is working perfectly! Please fix this as this has never happened before

It saves time so that your child doesn't have to keep getting every newsletter or calendar from there school. Parents also don't have to wait for the next week's schedule or monthly schedules. This app is GREAT.

Students and parent just disappeared from the app.Highly disappointed in the app maintenance.

Needs a single logon. Have to logon everytime I go to fees. Some pages are not compatible with mobile browsers.

Good app but no way to turn off invasive bus notifications or communicate back to school or district. A one way app.

No alert option for student fee balances approaching a low threshold. Card info won't save under manage card profile.

Please code the bus notifications to the specifically selected schools in the app preferences.

Great app!!!

The removed one of the best parts. There was a menu section that I could look at each day and sync it with Google calendar, along with the actual meal that was being served that day. I think it looked like a Chalkboard with an apple near it. PLEASE BRING IT BACK. IT MADE MY LIKE SO MUCH EASIER! Also, it be nice to see the upcoming months menu a week or so ahead of time.

Keeps me up to date with any new changes within the district..my childs progress in class...activities and plenty more. Thanks for this new app its amazing and much needed!!! Yay

Combines best elements of school emails/posts, calendars, Parent Portal and more. Specific to your school and student with instant notifications. Great job RD2.
