Something is not working. I put in the to and from locations and its saying to add it when it's already there. Couldn't get past that part. I ended up booking from the website, much faster and easier. Please update the app.

I booked my package through the website. Loved it. Was able to work out the details with friendly agents. Hoping the trip goes smoothly. However, I pulled up my trip on the mobile app. It had the flight and hotel on there but not the transfer information on there. You cannot browse through the app either..

For me is the worst company to book a flight. I cancell a flight then they told me you can use a credit flight before 1 year so I called them to book my flight I know American Airline start flying to Cuba this month so I want to use my credit to go to cuba boom good news you can't use this credit flight to go to Cuba because they don't care of you they can't pay me back because is not refundable and I cannot fly to Cuba either if you want to lose your money & see how they do what they want use BOOKIT.

Type in username and password to view upcoming trip, and keeps stating my session has expired and retype in username and password. I am getting nowhere. Not impressed thus far. Please fix your mobile app.

This app doesn't let you search for available deals. I went on looking to find a deal. I was only able to search if I knew where I wanted to go. Other apps let you search for Beach deals or All Inclusive in the islands. Very disappointed.

Most hotels said in description that 12 years older or less doesn't pay for hotel and when i try to book it always charge me full price for my 3 year old. Please fix the issue .its been going on for to long

I'm having a terrible time in cancun mexico right now and book it is not helping at all by not answering my calls and not posting my information on my account. Ugh!!!

Have attempted to book several trips without any success. Called and they could help, with a price increase. I think that's is referred to as a bait and switch!

Every time I log into this app,it gives me the runaround. I can't view any of my bookings.

Provides very little value. Use mobile website instead. App consistently looks you out and did not provide details about trips.

Tried to book flights to Loreto mexico the app crashes... not good needs improvement

This app is good for looking into availability at different properties. But I go my computer for in depth information, booking and making changes.

Everytime you go to select a vacation package it gives an error message stating that the flight cannot be found or session timed out. Then you have to start your search over. Also, you sign up and sign in as a member but the app doesn't save any of your personal preferences in terms of departing airport or destinations.

Can't even load my profile info.. Never received my email confirmation. Called 9 times and it took 4 hours for me to get some help at customer service. Wish I had of booked with Expedia again...

I'm shopping for a trip and want to leave on October 31 but the app won't allow me to select that date. That's needs to be fixed asap! When it is...I can reconsider my rating.

Love the website but mobil app is awful can't scroll, doesn't show all options, words are on top of each other preventing you from selecting options

great web site and easy to book only need to update there website with airline search to make it more easier
