New update never detect card reader and can not see total sales of today

agree with everyone else, great before the update, continually closing and reopening to get the screen to load properly since this update

This used to work great until they "updated" it. Now I have to keep restarting my phone after EVERY use because when I use it once then every time I click on the app it just shows a blank screen. VERY inconvenient and time consuming! I'm about ready to cancel this and go with another company because I CANNOT keep doing this.

The last person wrote the right and correct comment this new app with the new update does not process correctly any credit cards. The old one did this one is

New version (4.0.1) will not work with my reader and tablet (Android 6.0.1). Previous version was OK.

The new version is not working, the older version was working fine. The update ruined it. Please fix it.

The new update they just did stop my card reader from working on my Android device's. ...

Can't see my history! Why fix something if it ain't broken!!

Works great, when it works....locked up several times on s new Android device...have to uninstall and reinstall...

Just updated. Now my $60 chip readers doesn't work on all my tablets. Customer service says that you can't go back to the previous version. That's bs.

New version 4.0.1 stopped working with audio jack card reader! Give us back functionality or lose customers. Thx!

VERY HANDY & FREE. Plus it's cheaper than paypal... I can accept cash and cc payments anywhere....over the phone, when I'm out of town or in person. Then send my clients a receipt via text.

Swiper quit working. Have to key manually at higher rate. No option to print. Tips are impossible to collect with the way this app works

Its a good app. Could be better if there was some type of Bluetooth printer option.

Swiper used to connect fine and work with app but doesn't anymore. I've tried several different things but nothing works. I have an Android phone. Anybody know how to fix this issue?

Decent app. I had problems in the begging but now works better. Reader is still not reliable 100%. Sometimes I have to restart my phone. MESSAGE TO DEVELOPERS: There is no option to input name, address and customer phone number. I SELL door to door and sometimes have return. No way to keep track of my customers !!!

Been using it for a couple days so far for my restaurant delivery job, so far so good! Not sure why it has a lot of negative reviews, transaction with customers was fast and smooth. Also if your having trouble with the card reader, you have to make sure you slide the card fast, otherwise it won't read so you'll have to do it again. I'll give it a couple months and come back to review it, hopefully everything will continue to work as well as it is!

Got this card reader to cut on costs and it's honestly a nightmare. Works on some phones but as for our main device for the store it is a toss up whether it will connect or not. I have found turning my phone off and then on before doing a transaction has been the only thing that works best to make it connect. Very unprofessional and embarrassing to deal with when Infront of a client. I shouldn't have to send up a prayer hoping that it will connect to the card reader or not freeze/crash every time.

Card reader never would work, so now I keep it in the glove box. Always have to do manual... Which at least that's an option. Now the app keeps freezing up. Can't wait till our company goes with someone else

Tips screen is buried beyond the card processing, making us lose out on tips. Fees are much higher than square despite being promised otherwise. Tried for 6 months to get statements and my contract and received nothing in the mail ever, don't even know my merchant account number. Called to cancel service and was told to call back in 90 minutes (wtf kind of company does this?) Called back in 90 mins and was told they would call me back, never did. Closed linked bank acct, they'll figure it out eventually.

It worked for about a week then now dead. I manual key everything now. I would love for the reader to work.

It doesn't work with card reader on my pixel.

I have a lg g4 and was at a gun show this past weekend and the app freezes, stalls and overall sluggish performance. please fix it

Not happy with it at all, I switched to be "chip reader" compliant and now my galaxy s7 (no not the one that blows up) wont work with it. I was told to get an older phone.

I've had nothing but issues with my mobile device card reader since I received it. I called their "Customer Service Department" over two weeks ago to have the device fixed. I still haven't been contacted by anyone from the company. On top of the device NEVER working I'd also like to mention that their fees are much higher than several other companies.

No resolution was given to the constant tickets sent in. Did NOT work on 4 different devices. Apple or Android. Do not use this product.

I purchased 3 of these units for my business phones and they do not work on them. Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime or LG K7 phones. It keeps giving communication errors. Do not assume this will work with all Android devices. BTW the phones are only 4 months old so they are on current updated operating softwares. I'm disappointed.

I originally started using this on my Galaxy Note 5 to which I had varying results which could have been due to the card reader/s I was using at the time, I then got a note 7 which I had zero problems with, but since switching to the LG v20 yesterday I have been having issues. Currently I'm curious if there are any compatibility issues with Samsung vs LG or maybe since I'm on android 7.0 if that might be the problem.

Needs to be compatible with all devices will not connect to HTC one android seems to be ok with iPad

Switched from square to try and save on processing rates but this app sucks for one reason: they make you request tips before even inserting the card. Square offers tips in a traditional before signature placement. Asking for them before getting a card is unnatural and has cost us countless tips. Wish I never switched from square!

I have this installed on 3 devices, 2 android and 1 ios. Works great on ios and my more expensive android. My true work phone, or company phone will not connect to the reader. This an issue for my company as i have the ability to process several grand in transactions weekly. We will not pay the higher percentage to manually run a card for thousands of dollars. At the office we have a different system for manual entry with a lower % rate and higher security. This needs to get fixed.

Clunky abortion that will only allow manual entry onto my android devices. Deal breaker
