I uploaded a very clear picture of a defaulter from a 13MP camera, but still received the message photo not clear... As the size of the photo uploaded is converted to such a low resolution that it becomes unreadable... Just wasting time of volunteer Sentinels... Just because they are free of cost... It's worth playing Pokeman than volunteering for DTP...

The image when reported is converted to such a low size that it gets blurred. It's just a waste of time

Wastage of public money. Even if you give them high quality pictures highlighting the offense. They just reject it.. guidelines for acceptable pictures are not clear. Imagine, u see a car parked on pavements, the picture u can click is number plate of car with 2 tires showing the pavement beneath the car and also try to take the back wall or something to get more details of scenario. They will reject it. Only one pic can be uploaded per offence. Don't try. Delhi police, will take another 50 years to break there bureaucracy and realise how good this app can be if they use it well. Another effort of social change on app world , zero reality. Don't download this as it's nothing more than a sheer waste of time.

Under which head, should I file complaint against vehicle emitting excess smoke on the road...?

The alerts appear repeatedly, for the same message, making it very annoying and difficult to use. Do jot want to uninstall it though, as the information from the app has saved my time many times.

Too much improvement needed.. Is there only such a small list for violations of traffic

Every traffic alert notification when launched in app shows the very first message that I received when first time I launched the app. When I checked the Traffic alert in app there are message in random order like top most message shows 1hrs ago where the subsequent message shows 8hrs ago and then next message is 4hrs ago. It is difficult to understand which traffic alert is valid..

I used to travel from rohini to noida sec 62, I see various peoples are doing rash (zig-zac) driving with speed (100km/h)and at least 20 vehicles I see on daily basis ( govt buses, cars, commercial vehicles, bikes) are creating 1000 times air pollution I'm not able to understand what traffic police is doing. In evening I see many traffic police person are doing their duties . If traffic police facing any challenges to handle these problems kindly get in touch with me and I'll be available for meeting.

Faulty signal reporting does not work despite entering all values. No real time traffic updates.

Traffic Sentinel is certainly a brilliant idea. It empowers citizens to contribute to improving the terribly unruly Delhi traffic.The application, especially the video, has several limitations which I am sure will improve in newer versions. The pedestrian crossings, road furniture, foot paths, parking discipline, training of traffic policemen etc too would need to improve to improve the overall standard of the city traffic.

I have a question. Can we also report any illegal activity and police will take any action on it.

Does this app have the provision of taking complaint about auto drivers who refuse to go by meter?

Vehicle breakdowns updates are of only few location like chirag delhi, mukraba flyover, ashram, but what about the other locations in east delhi. I never heard updates of east region, Where breakdowns are there and traffic is very jam sometimes. Plz get updates of east region also.

I updated this app today on 19.04.2016. Surprisingly, on updation the icon for registering complaint against auto/taxi which was available before updation is now not available. Please look into it.

'Traffic Sentinel' is Bugged/not working. Also We want to help you, Please create a New Dialogue box where we can report Traffic Congestion, Missing/Damaged Signboards, so that you can take measures.

My Driving license is confiscated today for three months for red light jumping. I was not the culprit as I got stuck in the middle of the road because of the DTC driver because he obstructed the road to the free left turn and the police booked my license. I requested a lot to the ASI however he didn't listened me. It was not my fault. This was my first offense because of the obstruction created by the others. So Please let me know how I will get back my license. I Even paid 100Rs challan to him even though he impounded by license. I am upset by this behaviour by the traffic police. This happened at the ashram chowk. Any help would be appreciated!

I like this app, may be very helpful to control traffic problems and aware public about DTP steps to solve traffic related issues.

This is an amazing initiative by the traffic police and I salute you for this. Also the app is extremely useful. The only suggestion I want to give is that if we could complain about the negligence of and about drivers other than just auto rickshaws like someone parking in the wrong place etc. Pls do consider :)

Auto rickshaw complaining at this app does not work most of the time and after all they have not any fear of being complained. I doubt complaint does not any effect.

Hi fare calculator is not working correctly. The from is disabled. And I am.not able to find where to upload the pics were traffic rules were broken

This is a complicated app. It gives all stupid things but no where did I find where to actually file a complaint of people driving wrongly.

You get pop up traffic alerts sometimes in English and sometimes in Hindi, There is no consistently. Further the traffic alerts are shown in the app do not carry any time and have a dark blue background making readability in low light near impossible

Hello ... Nice app. One thing I am confused about.. As now a days we hear an advertisement on FM that if SME one breaks traffic rules like not wearing helmet, over speeding, drink and drive etc.. Then we can complaint about him/ her through this app.. But I could not find any feature like this. I found it only about taxi and auto... Can someone please help me for this if I am mistaking somewhere

The app is good but I would like to ask a question, that , can we complain about the cars(other than taxi and autos) standing on the road on unauthorized area.

Good facility specially informed to traffic jaam and quick reaction by traffic police

When is the data going to load?? Never shows up anything.

This app is highly appreciable and usefull for public. But there is no option to make complaint regarding illegal/unauthorised parking and traafic jaam. Dear DTP kindly consider this request in public interest. Thanks
