This app is garbage. Getting around is a pain. Settings for watch list changes and not consistent. Logs you off quickly and tedious to log back in. Should have a pin for quick login. This app is not designed well for someone that needs to make quick executions. Candle stick graphs and user interface is crap.

we are paying $10 per trade!! and this app is lacking a lot of stuff. e trade should be ahead of the game in mobile app. its time for you guys to start a game plan to improve it. next time ill be happy to make a great review.

Please consider the following, 1) Fingerprint log-in. It's very time consuming, annoying and risky to have to put in password everytime, 30 minute timeout doesn't work. 2) Time Frame period / interval , please add 1 day 1 minute chart. 3) Very min. studies provided on mobile. There are hundreds of studies out there that are very useful, this area lacks even with the recent updates in this area. 4) Please consider on being able to add more than just 2 studies max on mobile. Others could be added by allowing user to scroll lower. Having to delete a study to look at another and then switching being is time consuming and anoying. Thank you for your time, please consider .

Password clears when you go foreground. I used to be able type in the password, switch apps to get the temp code and switch back. Now since the password clears when I switch apps there isnt always enough time before the code is no longer valid. Frustrating experience for those that prefer strong passwords.

The app itself is really outdated, could use some design and functionality tips from Robinhood. Definitely need a fingerprint or pin login

Please add fingerprint authentication support. Also, please stick to Android material design guidelines for a future revision.

Need fingerprint sensor to avoid having to type in the long password everytime. Otherwise works reasonably well.

It's a great app! Lots of up to date information! I only wish they would add fingerprint authentication sign-in... That would give it 5 stars!

Latest update is unstable. App becomes unresponsive and quits and widget is on a constant refresh after. Uninstalled and reinstalled, still the same. Also, It's annoying having to leave the app to go onto Google or Yahoo to scroll over the dips and peaks on the chart. Make the charts interactive like the web based platform.

Widget is broken after update. It won't update and crashes each time you press refresh. This is an investment tool for me. Please, fix ASAP

Ever since I switch to an LG G5, check deposit doesn't work. Pictures of the checks always come out blurry even though they are in focus when I take them. It's been 9 months. I contacted E-Trade several times with no resolve. Very frustrating.

iOS version has fingerprint login support for quite a long time. When will Android app support fingerprint login?

This update is horrible! My live stream won't update. It would get hung up here and there before the update, but now it won't stream at all! Get it together Etrade! Time is money!

Thanks for having 4 hour limit! All we need now is touch. Using Samsung S7 Edge

The app has cost me money. I placed a buy order, the price rose, I placed a sell order, it failed citing connectivity issues. Tried 2 more times, same failure. Now the price has dropped dramatically. I contacted e-trade. They said, "we don't see any problems on our end, sorry." They implied the issue was on my end, but real-time streaming was working fine, as was twitter, gmail, and google+. Stay away from E-trade, untrustworthy

Every update fixes one problem and causes three more. Now, whenever I log on, the app only stays open when I'm viewing it. If I answer a call, switch to a different app, and then immediately return, it says.... Sorry, your session has expired. Then, the task of punching in a password because Etrade app will NOT save password. Ridiculous.

It would be great if the stock Movers was a list longer than just 10 maybe even 20 4 gainers and loser stocks. Also if the phone widget was in real time when a person is logged in their account and finally a way to add a stock scanner to the mobile app would be amazing

The 30 minutes logout is very annoying... it would be acceptable if there was a fingerprint login. Visual charts and tables could be much better, a font size option would be very helpful to show more information. Reading through the reviews it's pretty sad the lack of attention this app gets, especially how much money it must pull in... not particularly impressed

Once you get used to where to find things the app is good. However, half the time when i try to log on i get a msg regarding my data connection and it can't connect. I always have to uninstall the app and reinstall it or it won't let me log on. Very inconvenient

Why all the wasted space in the header portion of the latest Chart screens? Do the words "Watch List" really need to overflow to two lines, making the button height excessively large? Seems like a bug versus design intent. Would prefer more space be devoted to the chart data instead of the header buttons. My phone is a Samsung S6 running the latest Marshmallow OS.

This used to be my favorite app! It was so smooth and sleek, and worked perfectly. Now I can't even open up a single stock quote without the app either hanging for a solid minute, or freezing altogether! Making the app nearly useless! Fix this E-Trade!!

Makes you login every 30 min and doesn't have a fingerprint login. It's very annoying to have to login every 30 min just to check your stock account. It wouldn't be as bad if it had a fingerprint login.

I've been using this app for years, it used to work well. Recently it struggles to load ticker info (while a simple Google search works fine) and it randomly crashes.

Even with fast internet, some pages would load slowly and it seems there's no caching or something, it's still slow even when you just want to go back quickly. But very functional and whatnot.

Difficult to submit mobile check deposits because the camera is mirrored inside the app. Please fix this issue! Update: Issue has still not been fixed on latest version.

The check deposit submenu lost its go button. Fixed my check uploading issue with xposed and appsettings plugin to spoof my screensize to this app, works now but it's a 50/50 chance they accept the check as photographed meaning I have to mail it anyways. Charts take longer and longer to load, look pretty but that watching that spinning circle for 30seconds every time I check a chart isn't helping. I'll only use this app to set limit stop losses anymore and the alert function for price moves. Due to it's extreme data drain I've given up on any active monitoring at about 30meg per trading day.
