Hair Removal - Silk'n

The app doesn't have the feature of updating the treatments if you forget to upload something that's it. So i am lost now dont know which treatment with which power for which part of body. I was busy i put on only arms and legs and not other parts of body that i treated , i can't go back and edit add or delete wrongly uploaded info. The laser itself is awesome. I see results by flash and go hair removal after 3 treatments. I hope u guys fix app soon and I'll be able to figure out when is my next treatment.

It was alright not until today. I first time encountered problems. At first, I cannot get rid of thr welcome screen.... Keep loading... Until I restart my phone, I can finally get onto the log in page, but again only stay at the please wait screen after I put the correct email address and password

Too many flaws. The calendar doesn't say what body part is the treatment programmed for. It can handle only one user, despite the product is advertised for couples. No way to edit or reprogram treatments. You can do better silk'n.

Not user friendly AT ALL. If you make a mistake putting in a treatment, very little can be changed after the fact and no mistakenly added treatment can be deleted. This program was not well programmed.

The app is not user friendly at all. if you make a mistake there is no way to go back and edit the error or correct treatment scheduling . Would be nice to edit and correct treatment issues, and make corrections to body part treatments.

Two weeks ago I downloaded this app and was everything okey, and now when it's time to do a treatment the app don't let me log in,several times, why was needed to make this app if it doesn't work and people are not satisfied with this app, THEN NEED TO DO SOMETHING????!!!

I had some trouble with the app, but after contacting the developer I got fast help and it works for me now. It's an easy way to keep track of sessions.

I was looking forward to the app when I saw it. I have MS so, I was happy 1, that it may make keeping track of when and what I need to do, to get full benefits from the product. 2, hoping it would help remind me to continue/follow through w/treatments, cardridges need to be ordered, etc. Lastly, due to issues with the MS, my hands and a razor are not good anymore, getting worse daily. It's sad really, it may be a cheaper than shaving for most but, for ME...living on disability and divorced (bought it before the divorce but, no help w/money from Ex), it was a big purchase! Also, knowing I would probably have to purchase refills as well. I still decided to purchase because, I'm sick of shaving. But, more so with the issues with my hands, my thinking was that it would also be much safer for me. I'm going to keep the app installed, I hope they will improve it soon! PLEASE fix the app, it would help a lot! A forum in the app would be good, customers could share tips, ask questions, etc. I would love to try more of the products but, too much for me NOW. I'll update this, when issues are fixed.

All this can do is download and install, never manage to pass through welcome screen!

Can't review the device yet, since I only used it twice, but the app is useless. Has beautiful design but needs a lot of work to make it practical to use. I prefer to keep a jurnal in excel, it's faster, safer and more practical... The only good thing about the app is that includes a manual from the device ...

How can I know remain numbers of pulsos ??
