I like the app but when I go for a full body workout it's mostly upper body what it show to you. Please fix this cause I do 30 min routine, so that's plenty of time to arrange a full body routine.

The exercises choice is OK. What is really wrong is the videos!!!the kettlebell swing so wrong!!! It should be driven by the hips not the hands !!!!!!!

Really great app, has got me into a routine. Only 2 comments. It's not clear what the survey at the end will affect, how will it make it harder/easier next time? Other thing is it would be great to illustrate muscles being affected by exercise, and slightly more technical detail on how to perform the move correctly. Great job though.

Awesome concept, but I'm really tired of starting off every workout with side bends. Workouts need a better algorithm. Skipping an exercise is useless when it rotates between the same 5 exercises. Just got done with a 15 minute workout 7 minutes early because the exercises were so repetative. Nobody needs to do 3 rounds of kettlebell swings followed by american swings and wood choppers. The concept is there, but the workout pickerlack practicality. Needs a manual function to choose exercises

Great app. Gave it 4 stars cause the timer isn't working correctly for me. Set the timer for 25 minutes yet the workout didn't end until around 32 minutes. Rest time? Seems a little confusing

I like it, very simple and easy to use. Edit: You asked for me to suggest some improvements. There's only two I can think of; I love the video demonstrations, but wish there was a more detailed text description as well. Maybe in the exercise list, so that I can make sure I'm following the video prompt properly. Also, I wish there was a little more customization in the alert settings besides daily and 1 day after a workout. Those are my only qualms and their very miniscule, otherwise a perfect app for what I was looking for when starting Kettlebells.

Just what I needed. The ads appear out of the way at the bottom and at the end. They do not interfere with the workout. This made it very easy to do 5 minutes of kettlebells.

Excellent starter workout for kettlebell and Tabata style workouts. Definite results and it's only been 3 weeks. The variety is good and the work is as challenging as you need it to be. Great place to start and to get you started for those 5:00 am workouts.
