We're Mark & Rob and we run MobFit. Having both previously worked in office jobs ourselves, we're now on a mission to help companies create healthier workspaces. We do this through activities such as fitness classes, yoga, nutrition seminars, employee health MOT's, work station assessments, mindfulness coaching and more.
