Worst customer support teambi i have ever seen. I have opened my trading account in 5paisa through online. I have submitted all documents needed to open an account. And my account got activated. So i did payin and started doing trading. When i ask for the payout its not hapening. And when i try reaching customer support they said they need hard copy of signed POA. If this was told erlier i was not opened account there. Being an NRI i am not able to send the documets. I need my funds very urjently. I dont know what to do now. My customer ID is 51915189.

I hav problem with pay in. Booked ticket two times .. No one cares to call. I called up customer care. She said she can chat only . she cant pick up my call nor she can call. I have not chatted this much with my girl frnd ever. I m chatting whole day with them for the issue. Still not solved..

This 5paisa is a looter. I had paid for opening an account but they didn't respomd me after i did paid. also i did the self verrification by my self on this app but no result came..so totally sucked my plan and ideas..and the custromer care also didn't respond me..lost my money and lost my courage

dont open demat acc with 5paisa,if you want to invest through ipo.... i have subscribed amber ipo but they have sent me application form after the cut off date... i went to bank but they said you should have come earlier..... what more is their customer support staff dont know about anything.... they semt me form at 5 pm on last day... so i can go to bank next day only......go to another broker...
