Never got the cash back, even though it said I got, it doesn't reflect in the FC balance. Also, if u recharge for more than 100 bucks, it doesn't give u offers, it just says transaction pending, so it doesn't have to offer you coupons n such. Effing cheap and pathetic. I've been loyal to FreeCharge but seriously it's disgusting.

Fraud company.. Fake offers.. I wasted my pharmeasy's first order discount by making payment through this app. Pharmeasy showed get 15% cashback by payment through freecharge but freecharge gave only 5%.Could have gone phonepe and paytm, which was providing better and instant cashback offers.

FreeCharge is much slower in Android devices please do something. Need to update new version of android that can perform faster... Make it speedy on Android. And please add paschim Gujarat vij company to pay bill pay. Make App lite and work on 2G network... this is heavy one.

Pathetic experience with FreeCharge. I recharged a pack of 399 which went into processing mode and I have been stranded with support team. Only responses comes as we are looking into it. Not sure my money will get back or not. Regretting that I have chosen FreeCharge.

Whrost app no us. I have done recharge and it shows successful but till now no recharge has been recived. Even I mailed in care on 6th and now today is 8th. I have never faced any issues​ on paytm app. Shame on team freecharge

Fraudsters. They email you and send you texts that they are gonna give you a cash back but they never do. Shame on you Freecharge, and the app is so Glitchy and poor they did the wrong recharge. When I asked them to resolve the issue they blamed it on me. I am never coming back on this app. What a waste

Very slow yar, please update your app, i am using continously buy always face that type of experience (slow, something went wrong) etc. pls do something. Still i will use your app for sometime if updated i will remain otherwise i will have to leave it.

Couldn't successfully carry out a payment of electricity bill . The money got deducted from my bank account but the payment hasn't been done yet had to pay the same amount again from the official website. Very dissatisfied. The customer care said it would be done in 48 hours but it has been 72 hours nothing has happened yet

The company is close to dying. With little to no offers and not able to compete with Phonepe and Amazon pay. The app now demands Aadhar linking which I ain't giving to this wallet or any other wallet. I would simply stop using them instead of handing out my data to the wallet company

My dth recharge got stuck. They could not refund me the money even after 20 days and many complaints and even after 2 promises of refund. HATE FREECHARGE. Not going to use it ever again. Never ever.

Worst service of freecharge... Faced Failed Transactions issues so many times... And no good cashback offers tooo.... After using freecharge and PayTM both for about 2 years... I really found nothing useful and only failed transactions on freecharge.. PayTM is the best both in "Cashback Offers" and also in service it provide.. No failed transactions till now on paytm... ????

I have added 100 rupees from my credit card to send bank account but there is showing balance is zero, you can't send find. Why are you cheating us.

I had a promo code FC40.it is valid till 9 January but when i recharged it shows expired.i contact customer support through mailing..they suggested me that I recharged a number without promo code and give transition id and they will give cashback ... but when i recharged and give transition id.they could not respond and no cashback given... This is very shameful ....

Dont know why people rated this app by one star. Probably they did not use it. I am using this app and now i am sure that pa*tm is nothing related to it. So much cashback offer is here. Just need some publicity in the market. And waiting for more exciting cashback offer promocode. Thanks.

Loved this app before, but now there's no reason to use it. Plus, why do you need Files and Storage permission, why permission to make and read Phone calls and for SMS ? Never going to use this until those permission requirements are removed.

I am not able to change my phone number. I have lost my ph. I am not able to change it.. even after talking to customer care.. they are also helpless.. Wat is the use of this app where we cant change a simple phone number.. Very much disappointed.

I hate it....poor services. They are not bothered about their services. I tried to contact them with mail, with call regarding my cashback that I have not received cashback after refering this app to my friend. My friend got his cashback after his first recharge but I have not received any cashback. According to their T&C the minimum recharge of RS 50 has to be done in order to get cashback. After following this I had not get any cashback. I don't recommend this app to anyone. #Waste of time. Other online recharge apps are better than it.

very bad service I have never seen like this bad service in my life. I have recharge a number and it is still under process and it's more than 24 hrs..free charge has not refunded my money also..even i contacted customer care and they are not not giving reply.....very bad service

Worst app! Please don't use the wallet option in this app. You cannot transfer money to ur bank account instantly. Since my phone got switched off. I have used freecharge from web browser with my login details. They have now blocked my account temporarily for security reason. Stupidity at peaks! Now my money also got blocked with you guys. I have already sent mail from my registered email id to ur customer care. I want my money back or my account to be unlocked..

This is fake app and very poor support also. I referred 3 friends but i did not receive any cashback. I informed to customer support. They are also not supporting to resolve the query. Dont waste time and data for this foolish app.

Its been 3 days i have added 100rs from my credit card to freecharge wallet. Now, when iam trying to transfer the amount to my bank account, withdrawal page appears to be blank. Their customer care dont even bother to reply, its been over a day i ve marked them the mail regarding this issue but still no response. Such a pathetic experience!! Idiotic service!!!

I am trying to recharge my docomo number with Rs 30 but am always getting error stating that Ders no recharge with that amount.. it's happening for Tata docomo gsm.. I gave complaint but still no action.. worst service..

Worst app I ordered pizza through FreeCharge amount is deducted from bank but payment got failed. While called customer care it is telling will take 5 to 6 business days. FreeCharge is doing good business by getting interest for this five to six days. I saw in comment all are facing this type of issues. If everyday they are able to make 50 60 this type of transaction they are in good business by simply cheating people.

Worst app. When I did recharge recharge it didn't work and it takes 2 days to refund the amount. Then I tried to recharge it again but a error message appears showing that I have recharged this number 8 miniute ago please try after some time. Then I tried to withdraw my cash balance to bank account, the app shows that I don't have minium cash balance ( minium cash balance for withdrawing is 100 and my balance is 210). I hated this app

User is not allowed to perform this transaction. And worst ever experience about the withdrawal of wallet balance to bank account. Please don't use this app you will regret. Phone pe is a far better option than this!!

Free charge Emi is very worst option as well as, as well as they won't reply to your queries. The value of 20000 shows in ur account but that will be voucher balance, u can't withdraw that fund and I contacted to customer care but query not solved and they deducted Emi from my account.

Their customer support is pathetic. I paid dominos bill payment via freecharge wallet.Amount deducted but order was not placed. When I reached out to freecharge care , they said your payment is successful from our end. Dominos too denied the payment. Now where is my freaking money? Not gonna use it again. Keep my 215 Rs as good bye gift.

Freecharge is the best app coupon vise and I love it but it's very slow that is my problem . I don't know why you guys aren't working on it . I had stopped using it and now again I started using it but the same issue arise again. I've no patience to wait for any recharge. Other company's apps performance is so fast like paytm. However I hate mobikwik. Due to poor speed of freecharge I have to use Paytm. So guys work on it otherwise you'll loose a worth customer . I spend more than 1500rs.a month on paytm. Worst and dam slow application. Switch to Paytm. Now they will reply to submit ticket via their email id to proof they are best. But trust it is too slow application even for recharge

I am not been able to send the money to my bank account. For last 4 days and customer care response is terrible. Their own made rules like can't send money to bank within 2 days. Can't send money to new account with 2 days. Whereas all other easily does. Why with freecharge.... Very bad experience....

We installed your wallet a couple of days back.recvd initial cb..very small and very faint fonts overall. .very difficult to read for a person with eye defect. Customer care numbers not reachable. Paid a bill of rs 320 on faasos online today through this wallet.didnot recv anu cb as per offer I'm starting to loose confidence in this wallet I may uninstall it soon

I am disappointed with free charge as it doesn't give the full information about the product. I did Vodafone recharge (unlimited plan) but they didn't mention that you will be charged for landline and other toll free numbers. Please see to it that you provide full detail about the product which you are selling. Other than that app is of good use with good variety of products

Well i used to love this app.. It was great for recharging and bill payments.. But a few days back i lost my cell number where i used to get my otp s.. I communicated with the bank and changed my registered number.. But when i go for payment through this app it still shows that old number of mine.. Hence the otp s dont get delivered and i am unable to recharge
