It needs a way to export your leads and notes to spreadsheets for reporting, other than that it's great

DON'T update to 3.30.1 The bugs make call reporting on Anroid almost impossible! They need to fix the update that is there on 8/2/17 3.30.1. I am bummed they actually released an update they did not test simple call reporting on the Android BEFORE releasing!!!!! The black screen sucks. You can not see what you are typing to report a call. Base a great CRM in the field for your contact info and Base pops up to call report when any phone # in your contacts calls in or you call out. They need to fix so horrid bugs that came down with that Android update. I contacted Base about uninstalling the 3.30.1 update. Nope. BASE tech support said undoing the update is not possible. Argggggg. : ( They hope to get the fix available this week. ...
Good app, but one feature is much needed: scanning of business card, and importing from contacts to add 'persons' in the app. Will give them stars once this is done.
It's a very good app. Can you add a feature please? The app should let you add names for next days communication, the leads you have to speak to the next day.
I like it just wish they would have a version for your desktop that would be awesome so that you can use desktop or the app on your device.
I used to love this app. I used it and still use it for everything work related. Yes, it's a chore typing in all the info (no scanning and integration options). But what used to be an invaluable app helping me keep track of my customers and calendars now erases my Base CRM calendars instead of merging w/ Google Calendar so both calendars would keep all data/info, now Google calendar gets most info (some has been lost) and all BASE CRM data/info gets erased. It's infuriating having to re-type all everything w/ my thumb all over again. With no fixes or assurances that it won't happen again.
I've been using Base for almost 4 years now. We have 200 users +/- This app has completely revolutionized how we work in the field as a sales force. Our sales representatives love it and find it extremely useful for planning their day and staying organized in the field. Anytime we have an issue that we can't resolve ourselves the folks at Base take excellent professional care of us! We couldn't be happier as a company with the level of customer support we receive. I highly recommend doing business with this company!
Used to be really good. But slowly gotten worse and worse with each successive update. Android version is now terrible. Would love to find another alternative there's got to be something better than this. Base team....wake up!!!!

It's pretty helpful but bit pricey
Worked OK for a while but after I didn't use the app for many months it stopped sync'ing old data. I opened a support ticket but they couldn't give me any estimation of how long it might take to fix. The app was useless to me during this time so I had to move to another platform (Zoho CRM). When it was eventually fixed a month later I was told there was a bug in their software which caused data to stop sync'ing when an account is not used for a while. I asked that they credit me for the months that their software was broken but they refused to credit me for more than the month it took them to fix it. Was very disappointed they took so long to fix a bug that was catastrophic to me and refused to refund the money I had paid while it was broken. The upside is that I found another app that works just as well for my needs and doesn't cost anything.

3 USER MINIMUM for all account types. I bet BASE started out from ONE GUYS idea, lol. Guess he didn't use BASE to get his sales department started on the right foot when IT WAS STILL JUST HIM. Then they send you a fake email from the CEO, pretending to care, and ignore your resonse to it.
Best CRM app I have used. Would love to see a calendar widget in addition to or even integrating the tasks widget
Decent app but integration is awful chaulked full of work arounds. Rigid illogical processes that limit its functionality adding extra steps. Not everyone uses leads to use the visit tool. Would not recommend.
I'm still exploring the app and am getting frustrated that all default currency is in euro. What would be nice is an option to change default currency. Also... the ability to customise the main points in the process
Performance of this app on android is extremely poor and aggrivating. You cannot send emails with attachemnts. Poor navigation and work flow. Text messages only work occassionally. No response for bug fixes or updates from support team. Do not bother with base crm android. The desktop website isnt much better. Extremely poor user experience, doesnt make sense, takes too many clicks to do a simple task like texting. Forced to delete app and storage anytime you send an email. Dont waste your money or time. Nothing but headaches. I would give zero stars if i could. They need to fire their android developer.

This is a great app, we have been using for over a year. Provides great integration with Exchange. The ability to add notes after calls and meetings allows and encourages better data capture.
App crashes all the time and sometimes won't even open. Unusable for me. I'm on a Pixel.
Am using the free version. First CRM I ever used so I might be biased but I love the android app.

Updated - now there are TWO prompts after every call. And no option to remove. Every time a call is made base will automatically pop up and prompt me to add a call. This is very annoying when I'm trying to do something else. Talked to their support and there is no way to turn this off. This needs to be an option for your users, don't force them to do something they might not want to do.

Fixed with Update! The app functionality is great and I need to use it but it will be running in the background even after I have done a force close. It has used a high amount of battery life not even running. Auto sync is off as well.
I really enjoy the look and feel, albeit lightweight as CRM is concerned. Would be nice to view companies and people as separate lists rather than together. As per a previous version.
It's a good CRM app but crashes every time I try to add a new contact or association from the app. Please fix the issue
