Worst app ever seen nothing will load waste of data to download it.. worst app pls don't download.. I want to give 0 rating for this... why do these apps exists if they dont work.. I won't suggest for anyone.. after reading this review also u download is your r risk.

I have booked the ticket. But I could not get the m ticket. Crew is telling to show the m ticket. Thank God I captured screenshot. Otherwise got stuck.. please provide m ticket via SMS.. otherwise I would have rated ,4 star

The site doesn't open most of the time. It doesn't give correct info about the buses. Example on 4th aug I want to travel from hassan to chickmagalur but I never got the info at the bus aravaat which reached hassan at 15th and the rajahamsa bus that was available which reached hassan at 3pm. Both buses were coming from bangalore to chickmagalur via hassan. I had to call the ksrtc depot at hassan to get the info

A big scrap app, it won't let to select source . And keep asking enter the source location.. which is just idiot, a big scrap , you idiot app developer

You 'll never be able to book tickets using this app.. may be it can become better because ksrtc website is really good. . But at the current state this app is just a joke and nothing else. .

Completely waste of time for hours and result nothing. If someone is in urgent surely he will miss the day in registering itself

It says to uninstall and use from the browser, before it was working fine. Badly need an update

It's a good app to use. One suggestion i.e. an option to be added to save the ticket in a PDF fornat on the phone/device.

App is not as good as a native app. I can book faster inn chrome than when I book from this app

Please revamp the entire app. Really all the pages are very bad.

Should update for better app.. Payment gateway issue.. Doesn't work most of the time.

Like in other websites or apps the seat layout map fr sleeper coaches buses is not clear. so we unable decide seat as the lower,upper or window seat

After uninstalling app, still getting below error message: This is not authorized KSRTC Official mobile APP. Please uninstall and use the KSRTC AWATAR 2.1 official web site.

Pls don't install this app. It's not official site and u can't do anything with it

After entering card details OTP field is not visible tried many times. App is not user friendly.

Please do not download. How can you put this crap app on playstore do you atleast listen to the users? Waste of time. Useless.

I could have given 5 rating but app gets hung inbetn transaction. Sometimes it sucks badly otherwise ok ok. Still rated 4 just for government intaitive to such app. Appreciated!!

Facility of Payments to KSRTC through Net Banking system from all Major Nationalised Banks must be added as early as possible.

Pls provide Internet banking facility for payment Guest users

The app is very useful and user friendly but ticket cancellation charges is very high......

When it reaches payment stage, u can't enter otp sent by bank as the box for entering otp will not appear. Waste of time.

It's user friendly,we can also find all level of buses

I hate this app,as it is not opening,I can't make any transaction, the password entered was right, but it is showing error, always asks to confirm the account with a link that link doesn't opens...

Good App till payment page. There are no options to pay from netbanking. That's really bad.

Worst app always loading and rotating and seats are showing like very confusional really it is shame of this government they have a huge money however app is like local.

I happened to Book my Tickets to Goa and I was Really Impressed with the User Friendly approach. I gave me all the Details that I wanted. I am a Little disappointed that it does not give you options for payments from other banks. But on the Whole. It was a Good Experience!!!

i never seen a crap before, on the name of an application it seems they are showing there mobile wap version on webview, isn't it, is it the use of being a native app technology??? it sucks.

Worst App ever. Cud not book ticket. Net banking payment option also not available..such a bakwaas app...

There is no option change password in this app. n very very slow compared with online booking app.

Too many adds ,not allowing to open home page itself. This app is not eligible for zero stars also .

Every time new page opens, we should scroll to go to top of page. Payment gate way not showing password field
