The app only worked twice with me after that every single time i run the app it crashes . I liked it when i used it . Fix the app=5 stars

Connecting to your pc has to be made simpler. It works but disconnects soon after your screen locks. That and plenty of "force close" made this unusable. Re-connecting is such a pain (need to remember pc's ip or a 9 digit pairing key) that it is faster to just get up, walk to your pc and operate gom player manually.

Indeed a Great app, only thing that I am missing is subtitle Control features. Thanks to developers for making me even more lazy

The app looks damn good and has really practical UI. It's also super easy to get to work. The only big problem is connectivity. It might get several seconds to get a command processed. It often crashes on disconnect. I tried android remote input app and it has no such problems, therefore it must be bug in this app, rather than a connection issue. I'm grateful anyway and I wish luck in catching bugs. Thumbs up! -------- Ok, it has been almost a year I have now different phone, but nevertheless, the app still crashes all the time. I'm gonna decompile it, fix the bug and share it on some warez website.

It's a bit of a first world problem, getting off the couch to fiddle with my laptop. However, if power options are provided, could you do a hibernate option? Sleep is a bit oldskool.

Worked for a bit then all of the sudden every time try to start it get error: Network connection failed. Samsung galaxy s4 . Need a way to use app with out internet as there is not always a hotspot available.

I want to run this player on my Samsung galaxy grand quattro. but when I started tha player asked for pairing key, I don't know about any key, from where I will get tye key? please help me

Sometimes its failed to connect until it crashed then restart the app and working fine till I minimized and resume, the app crashes every time

Why the hell does GOM Player minimize when I move my phone? I hate that and can't imagine a scenario where that would be useful. Also it disconnects very often, please fix these things.

Very innovative and fun to use. But there is a need to add a option to see Current Playlist. Other than that it's awesome.

Nice work but it does not work with volume keys in gom audio when playlist is open or need to click on the player in pc when playing else volume stucks on sum points. There should be a minimize maximize button so if we stucks sumwhere we can click on it thru this. It should auto connect with pc already paired so that we need not to enter the pin again n again and connects when the pc n app launch.

I have a good WiFi connection however it says network failed plz rectify it

I've had GOM on my computer as the default media player for some time due to its flexibility, but my biggest concern is that I can't trust Gretech at all. Given the amount of bloatware that they try to install with the player, I don't trust this app or the tray required to use it. Beyond that, the app functions as required, but the connection is intermittent and having to reauthenticate is a pain.

Intermittent connection, means requires reconnection often and has a lot of errors, does not control GOM when it is out of focus, e.g. on extended desktops, if that is fixed as willing to spend money on this app.

This app is a complete waste of time. If you want to control GOM player via tablet of phone you would be better off downloading a mouse and keyboard app as they do what this app does and more

Aside of sometimes being buggy, one thing I miss is possibility to connect via Bluetooth. Making that possible will definitely earn you two more stars from me.

It says upnp unavailable, even though I enabled it on my router screen. And also it gives "network connection failed" errors. So, doesn't work.

Can't see playlist on smartphone...so you actually have to be in front of your computer to see folders and file names...what is the point? ..useless to control music while doing something else...otherwise would have been great

Force closes when trying to re connect to server, please fix !

Great App. Love it, but it doesn't connect with the new ART runtime. It does load, but never connects. I'm running a Nexus 4 with the latest updates. Not rooted. 5 stars if you fix!

Only one thing the problem. Connection by internet is not good. I think better add bluetooth also. I used i-mobile (IQ 9.2A) work verry fine. Only internet connect my problem. Regards, james

This app makes my 24/7 TV show loop much more manageable. The recent update to GOM Player broke some minor features (title and time on/left) and this rating would be 5 if those were fixed
