I started to use the app so I have a taxi outside my apartment as soon as I leave for work travel and I have never waited more than 5 minutes for it to arrive. And they notify you of the drivers name and license number plate and how long it will take to arrive. Great app and service.

They killed Hailo with corporate greed. Changing it to MyTaxi was a fatal mistake for a thriving perfectly functioning service! What an idiotic decision. MyTaxi does not work!!

Drivers in Barcelona trying to rip you off first, like regular taxi drivers. Then, and only then, after you confront them, they would back up and comply to my taxi rules and rates. Not great experience with this app - Uber rules! Too bad Uber is not around in Barcelona.

Easy to use, pain-free payment and always good to know where the taxi is when waiting for it. However, the estimated fares on Google maps were much lower than the hailo estimates which also were less than the actual fare despite optimal traffic conditions.

1. Does not allow me to order more than one Taxi. 2. No 6-seater taxis available when I need them. 3. Why can I only pre-book 2+ hours in advance? - the minimum should be 30mins.

Please bring Hailo back to Dublin, MyTaxi is a joke. Never had any issues with Hailo, brilliant and best app there is. Even taxi drivers themselves are saying to use Hailo as long as possible because MyTaxi is terrible to use...unfortunately, the transfer has happened and it's no longer possible to use Hailo anymore. Please come back to Dublin!
