Do not download - Terrible service - They dont have enough cleaners registered so you can not get a booking. I provided alternate dates & times to try and times to the local customer service and still couldnt get a cleaner. There seems to be a trend in all the reviews, there are not enough cleaners for you to justify advertising your service. I stand by my 1 star review

STAY FAR AWAY THIS IS A SCAM. Impossible to cancel once you fall for the bait (schedule regular clean) at which point you are not allowed to modify your booking or even change the frequency of cleaning without paying insane fees! Despite them never finding a cleaner for you, if you try to change things you will be billed! If your address changes you will be billed or forced to pay for nonexistent cleans!!! STAY AWAY.

There's never someone replied me after leaving msg. I joined a package and it should be ard 3month one but i found that the coming schedule is crazily auto renew forever. I left msg abt but they never replied. A rubbish apps!

The old Hassle app was 100 times better. Had issue after issue (double booking, no possibility to cancel...) and with no phine number to call for assistance it actually was more of a Hassle than a Help...the name of the app should be stresslink or useless, but surely not have the word help in it. I have cancelled all bookings, uninstalled and will never use again. What a waste of time and energy!

Literally the most useless service in the history of cleaning. Actually makes things harder. The cleaners are never guaranteed to turn up - and don't tell you if they won't!!?

Absolutely useless! Terrible cleaners, no help from the customer service, reviews on the website are fake (at least they dont show the negative ones!)... i am really worried about charges on my credit card now-this is ridiculous!! Should have read all this before - stay away from helpling!! Supposed to make your life easier, instead: WASTE OF TIME, WASTE OF MONEY.

This app is awful. It's impossible to leave feedback on the cleaners yet they all have high ratings... You get trapped into minimum of 6 cleans, which at no point is made clear. My first 2 cleans were terrible and I was charged extra as the cleaner apparently stayed an extra 2 hours even though I have no idea what she was cleaning. I requested a different cleaner who hasn't even turned up for the last 2 cleans and I have still been charged. This is an absolute scam. I wish I had read the below reviews before falling into this trap.

Having issues since the first time i use it. The only way i can login is to reset password every single time. It never recognises my password. Also it says they dont work in areas which they do. I also found i could reset the password without including a number in the password

App has very limited functionality. Can't access FAQ, can't contact company for help. Chose one helper but was assigned another. Not pleased.

Terrible customer service, the cleaner did not turn up to a single one of the booked appointments and when I tried to cancel Helping charged a £60 cancellation fee! Ridiculous! Do not use this service!

Be careful and stay away. They keep your credit card details and can randomly charge your card without permission, pretending they are doing cleaning in your house.

We tried this service for awhile. But they made it really difficult to cancel. It was confounded by the fact that there was no contactable customer service number.

A waste of time and money. The cleaner did not show up, no notice and I was debited the cleaning. No way to speak to them, replies to my mails days after and no option to discontinue the service. Available for the details.

Impossible to register! There's a bug with the password

Zunächst wurde ohne meine Zustimmung und Wissen die Reinigung auf einen anderen Termin verlegt. Daraufhin habe ich den Auftrag storniert (innerhalb von 2 Arbeitstagen, also konform mit ges. Kündigungsfrist und auch AGB des Portals), was mir schriftlich durch den Mitarbeiter bestätigt wurde. Nun wurde mir eine Stornierungsgebühr von 50€ berechnet. Das Portal weigert sich diese zu erstatten, obwohl fristgerecht gekündigt, keine Leistung zur Verfügung gestellt werden konnte. Stattdessen wurde eine von mir nicht bestätigte Reinigungskraft zur falschen Zeit, am falschen Wochentag angeboten. Absolut unseriös und inkompetent.

Is there any way to set the app to show English? I live in The Netherlands but am yet to learn dutch yet

charged 15£ as it's not possible to cancel cleanings from the app (only through the website). 60£ to cancel online. Avoid.

Terrible service. I requested a cleaner, they made me waste my time for a week promising they would get me someone then asking me for my availability again. They simply cannot provide the service they advertise.

They charge without permission. Just charge for cleaners who I have never booked. Dont give them your bank card. I had to blocked my card. I will go to police.

So HAPPY with my cleaner Raul! Can't wait for tuesdays to come back to a sparkling home!
