Amazing app. Saves me so much time being able to add photos on the spot. Only thing I wish would improve would be some way to transfer the report to the computer without having an internet connection because I print my clients a summary at the site

I have more concerns about the desktop software than the app. That said, there are a few tweaks this app really needs to remove highly repetitive warning messages. I don't think it needs to give a warning that there are no templates downloaded unless I try to start an inspection without a template. There are several similar warnings popping up all the time: no inspections started yet! Etc. Just warn me if I hit the inspect tab in error, or make a simple option to remove or reinstate help warnings. The app treats you like it's your first time using it... Every time. In the end, the most important thing I can say, is that it is just slower overall to produce a report than other software I have used. And that's everything, so I can't recommend this software.

I could not even get to the point of starting to using this app. The first thing it asked me is to log in before any kind of registration, when I try to log in with default log in it would not let me and I don't see anyway to change log in. This app has good reviews but does not work on the Samsung S3 tablet.

Have completed over 1000 inspections with this app. Most complaints on these reviews are user issues or phone app issues NOT HIP. This app is making us money every day. There is no better out there. Ive been inspection 8 yrs and have thousands of inspection behind me. Take my word buy it and start your business in high gear

Supper simmple

When taking pictures without flash in many areas the app closes. It restarts, and the entire section loses all information imputed. Frustrating during inspections where no light is needed or flash hides what is being highlighted.

This is a very capable app. It is a good balance between cost and features and Dominic makes regular improvements. I get plenty of positive feedback from my clients on the reports that I deliver.

The mobile app makes inspection reports as accurate as possible with no relying on memory. The functions within it reduce inspection times dramatically, and report editing is minimal, which in turn, speeds up the whole process even more. If you do find yourself with questions, the customer support provided by HIP are second to none!!

Every time I try to download client info from isn it gets stuck on loading agency. How do I stop that?

The app only tells you what to inspect. You still need to know the standards and codes that pertain to each inspection point. It would be awesome if some app could explain the local codes for each inspection point.

The best and most adaptable software for performing quality home inspections. The desktop and mobile versions are excellent in quality and the customer service is second to none.

Handy app for inspections

HIP has knocked it out of the park as usual. This app is literally making me money by saving me huge amounts of time. Works well with a team. Reports merge easily.

Awful. One of the most user-unfriendly apps I've seen, and that is saying something. You can't do anything worthwhile with the free version, it just tells you to create an account every time you try to work with the app. How do you create an account? Well, you can't. There is literally no option anywhere on the app to create an account. Just ridiculous.

I started using HIP almost a year ago. I get lots of compliments on the quality of the reports I send out to clients. If you learn to use HIP it's going to pay off in a better image for you. The photo editing is easy and people love pictures in their reports.

Best home inspection software out there! Easy to use and customer support is best in the business!

Cant do anything without downloading templates but there are no templates that load. Doesnt work.

I've tried multiple inspection software and by far HIP's customer service and program is the best that I've come across. You will not be disappointed

HIP in the mobile world has saved me countless hours of report time at the office. Being able to slot photos as you go and edit/comment on them is beyond helpful...every update improves on what is already the top report system out there! Excellent work Dom and Crew!

Best inspection app. Hands down

I have used two inspection softwares and I like Homeinspector pro far more than the other. Great app too.

HIP mobile just gets better and better. Saves hours in reporting time in the office, and video is hugely helpful for clients. Awesome!
