Always running but still have to sign in every time you use it. Never get any notifications from it. Can't get to messages through app. Search for doctors is very unreliable.

Works great and it's convenient. I can check claim details and even pull up my medical id card. The only disappointment is with the fax and email option for sending the ID card.

Crashes every time I hit the back button

Nice app. Just started using it but so far so good. Let's see after a week what I think.

Random non standard UI. Search doesn't work at all. Might work to pay bills but I wouldn't trust it based on how every other function fails.

I'm in Philadelphia, and even though I'm entering a very common specialty and asking for anyone within 25 miles, I still get no search results.

The only thing I don't like is the app is constantly running and I always have to force close it

The app could use a small amount of improvement, more user friendly. Overall does the job great it has your insurance card information, it allows you to view any referrals you may have requested from your PCP

I love how I can see all of my medical expenses and deposits in one place as well as medical services at my fingertips.

Takes awhile to get use to it, but find it incredibly helpful.

The addition of being able to pay your bill through the updated app makes all the difference in the world. This app used to be terrible, and the website payment option did not work on tablets or smartphones. With the addition of a bill payment option within this app it went from 1 star to 5 stars.

It looks good so far. The only thing I don't like is the physicians are not rated. Have to check rates using other sources.

Usefull but glitchy. I found doctors and labs but none of the doctors were rated(that was not helpfull). Found labs and lab hours.

Every time I try to open the service section the app closes. I gave up and uninstalled it reinstalled and.....still the same. I ended up uninstalling it. What a waste of time!

New update works very well. I like the new changes. No problems works perfectly.

Keeps knockin me out

When checking bloodwork results, it always says "normal" even when it is not. It would be very helpful if the normal range actually appeared in the column which currently shows as blank.
