Every time I need to report an outage, check an outage status, check usage, pay bill etc I have to log back in, even while leaving the app open!! Example: report an outage, must log in, then go to check my bill, must log in again, then go check on the outage I just reported, must log in again. Just awful design.

Straight, user-unfriendly garbage. I have an easier time accessing my bank account info. Why do I have to jump through hoops to pay a bill? That's just rubbing it in.

U70%
by U####:

Not a user friendly application. What good is the convenience of being on my phone, if I have to carry around all my account info. It looked nice.. then I tried to use it..

K70%
by K####:

Seems the app only works when there are no issues. When there's an outage, every Internet app on my phone works but this. It still says Internet offline yet I can post this review.

U70%
by U####:

I think someone forgot the reason for having apps . . . EASE OF USE! Why can't we use our normal sign on information that is used on the desktop? Nobody keeps their account number laying around when going to pay bills. Poorly designed app

U70%
by U####:

App is only good for checking and reporting outages. You should NOT use this app to pay your bills. The app does not actualy allow you to login, only your bill. I have several problems paying my bill this way so i have opted to login to the site like i always do. No charge to pay, and its my account with national grid NOT western union.

R70%
by R####:

This app can't remember user info. You need your account number on hand to pay your bill, and unnecessary hassle.

D70%
by D####:

This app requires your account number to log in and doesn't remember it when you log out. I get my bills electronically so to look up my account number I have to log into my email or the National Grid site anyway thus defeating the entire purpose of this apps existence. Ideally this app will remind you that your bill is due and allow you to quickly pay it. It does neither.

U70%
by U####:

I downloaded this app thinking it would be more convenient but it definitely is not. I have to put my information in every time and half the time it tells me my Internet connection is not connected when it is... too much of a hassle for no reason

This app really bad get with times.can't view bill anytime? Uninstalled immediately

F70%

Doesn't offer login and usage amount. App needs to be redesigned

U70%
by U####:

I would really like to give this app a half star but unfortunately they dont have one. This app needs to be updated like ConEdison's own .it seems to be stupid just like the website.

H70%
by H####:

Telephone number should be enough. Like I can fund my account number with no power? No way I give any app my social security number

U70%
by U####:

Login is clunky and frustrating, the app is slow and annoying. If I don't pay them, I freeze this winter, so there's no real incentive to pour money into making that easier on me. So I guess I don't know what I was expecting. Thanks for failing to meet even the lowest and most cynical expectations.

U70%
by U####:

This doesn't even deserve 0 stars it just makes the site a lot more mobile browse able. That's all

U70%
by U####:

I can only pay, but not view my bill. Also, it constantly asks me for my ID number. I'd prefer using my email address to log in because I rarely have my id number on hand.

M70%

This app is not for any thing else other than reporting an outage or seeing where outages are and works great. Love the new update.

U70%
by U####:

I hope that one day I will be able to use the national grid app to pay a gas and/or electricity bill directly from this app because it looks interesting

U70%
by U####:

The existence of this horrible app bothered me to the point of having to write an app review.

U70%
by U####:

Won't take phone number in contact info when reporting outage. Have to get in and out of map when checking different locations

L70%
by L####:

I can't even view my past billing history.

U70%
by U####:

Whole reason i got this was to physically manage account but it has nothing to do with lolinking account.

I70%

Who keeps their account number around? As opposed to the username and password?

R70%
by R####:

… On the other hand you can post to Instagram? Why?

U70%

This app is worthless..does nothing it claims to be good for. I'm removing it from my phone.

P70%

Doesn't offer billing information

D70%

Meh I guess it gets the job done, but needs direct deposit option

U70%

If they wanted to make paying my b. ill easier, this is not the solution. Whoever designed this piece of garbage needs to do more research on customers needs/wants

K70%
by K####:

Tried to report an outage. Had to update app. Samsung galaxy S 3, couldn't use telephone number and Capture security because screen would not scroll enough to input all fields. Power came back before I could try a different sign in option.

K70%
by K####:

The only reason to have this app would be to get alerts about when a bill is due and then to conveniently pay it. Since there are no alerts and can't check account there is no reason to waste memory on this app because I can just pay through mobile website.

W70%
by W####:

I have spent hours trying to enter my accounts in the shop and pay it for my phone like I do with many other accounts and it doesn't let you and then you call customer service and they tell you you're doing it wrong I know and I'm doing and it's an absolutely useless pointless app that I am going to remove from my phone until they fix it.

K70%
by K####:

What is the point. Doesn't use user name to log in so I'd need to go to mobile site and log in just to get account number to log into app. Pointless just pay bill on mobile site.

K70%
by K####:

Horrible app, horrible company, and horrible service. Best part is they can get away with it because they're a natural monopoly.

K70%
by K####:

The app doesn't have an option to sign into your account to view past payments, usage, breakdown of costs, etc. The website is overly convoluted and so now too is the app. I just want to know why create something that is in no way user friendly? I don't need my bill or account number for any of my other utilities every time I pay. I have to admit though that both my electric company and gas company have convoluted websites/apps so I don't think change is going to happen quickly.

Q70%
by Q####:

The user experience is terrible on this app. The signin window doesn't scroll, so your keyboard covers up important fields. App is very poorly designed. Steer clear.

R70%
by R####:

You cannot even enter your account information. It does not allow you to paste account number. Very poorly developed.

K70%
by K####:

It should be more like the Time Warner Cable app. So you can log in and check what your balance is and when a bill is due. I do appreciate you can pay the bill even through western union on here though. So there's that at least.
