MOWA - Mobile Payments

In recent time, I have transferred amount to my friend account, hoping it will be credited in 2 days, but now it is more than 10days still the amount not credited... Also I have sent emails and did follow up to the same but no response from the customer support.. "Very poor customer service"..Mowa totally Wasting our time... Still they haven't responded the reason for this delay...

Everytime I try to pay money to friend, it shows transaction failed with no reason. Can someone help?

When try to register..App says setting up a moment but at last it says no network found. I use airtel and when I was trying to register I had full network.. Tried couple of times..

Payment Failed: I made transaction on Sep 21.Transaction failed ,but money deducted from credit card for failed payment. I have sent mail to support team 5 times with full details ,but No response from the support team. they were not answering the calls also.Credit the same at the earliest.

Hello Mowa,I have transfer money to my frnd (y) account with mobile number, (y) dint receive money , it's almost 20 days, now I got a message that mova is asking to add bank account details to your (y number ) so y added bank details mova or else (x) is going to rewit money from Moss. Like this I got a message from mova, still it was not credited to my account , I tyred to call to customer care number , that number is not working, can you please solve my issue as soon as possible.

I have not received the money of Rs. 15000 sent to me by my friend through Mowa to my bank account. He had sent me money of Rs. 5000 on January 19 2016, Rs. 5000 on January 21 2016 and Rs. 5000 on January 22 2016. You can check the details of the receipt in the images that i have already emailed you. Kindly let me know how soon it will be transferred to my bank account.

It will take 7-11 days to credit the amount to destination account, some times we have to remind them.

I lost my mobile and since then I have not been able to use my account to transfer. The error message says 'Sorry. Transaction declined.' The issue is not resolved even after numerous mails exchange with the support team. Off late, these guys have started charging 2% for transferring money but the credit time is still 3 working days. This is ridiculous. It is understandable to keep the customer waiting for 3 days, if you aren't charging but with 2% charge you should be crediting to the account instantly. That's what other wallets do. They charge and credit the amount instantly. The app is now pathetic.

I initiated a transaction on Sep 10. Today is Sep 18. Funds have still not been credited to other user's account. Ridiculous this. Repeated mails have gone unanswered. Calls have gone unanswered. Don't know whom to contact for this.

Fraud app . Please dont download this app. I initiated a transaction 3 days ago but user account not credited. Customer support also not responding.

Very poor services . Not a single time recharge doing every time money Deducted from Card and recharge failed. Also when sending money to friend money doing processes all time from 21 november transaction done not credited in beneficiary account and not refunded to card . doing mail but all time same mail coming money in process and succeeds transaction but 22-23 days they told money will returns 5-7 working days but no answer when call to ikaz they are telling right mail but no proper services fraud ap

Send money to your friend and pay 2% card fee. There are many more options available to send money for free. Also the money transfer is not instant but takes more than 2 days.

Money didnt get in to my bank account since it has been 6 days. The status is showing as initiated only from 6 days. No response from the support team. they were not answering the calls also

Have been trying to register since last night. The app sends the SMS but is unable to verify the same.

The verification message arrives on my device but your app doesn't detects the message. I faced this problem with Samsung galaxy s duos and with Samsung galaxy star also.

Dear Mowa, I want to ask you that 1)Can we set our account No. to others mobile number & transfer money to that number so we can receive money in own account ? 2)Can we send money to own number from own login ? 3) What is the limit of transfer money in a day or month ? I made two transaction for Rs 5000 each on 16 & 17 Jul 2015 but the amount did not credited to my friends account till 21 Jul 15. Credit the same at the earliest.
