buyu is a student marketplace where students and local businesses upload and sell items to students in their area or across the nation. With the ability to meetup in person or ship items nationwide, buyu connects the 20M+ undergraduate students in the United States with a network aimed to save money and time.

Each spring, piles of used goods in excellent condition pop up all over campuses nationwide.
In the fall, the rising classes spend millions of dollars purchasing the same goods which were just thrown out.
During the school year, the students stuck on campus are forced to overspend on books and goods at overpriced bookstores and shops.

buyu is the student-made solution to these real issues faced by university students today.
