The app is basically unusable after the latest update. Unbelievably slow...

The update has cause a lot of freezing and most of the time I cant even access my account because it wont load.

I love this app and my credit union. From mobile deposit to sending messages its a great app.

2nd time in 6 months my password all of the sudden does not work. Last time it just started working after a few days. I work off a shift so i cant just go into the office to clear it up. Hopefully no scams are going on my account & i cant see? I Will make it in when i can

Why doesn't it work anymore? Is this another crappy update? It usually works fine until u guys mess with it. Love u but srsly stahhp

Overall this app is great. For some reason though, the other day, every time I try to log in it makes me reverify my device. I've used the same phone for over a year...

Seriously the update is horrible. I cant even access my account because its so slow. You had the right idea it just needs to be fixed to where we can actually enjoy it.

I am very disappointed with the app update. It's much harder to navigate, can't view enough history and can't get more details about an individual transaction.App needs work.

I never have any luck logging in & checking my account balance while I'm out & about. I shouldn't have to go home or go to the bank to do so! Audrey was a reliable quick source, this app takes forever to get into & get things done.

I usually love this app and did when it first came out. I was one of the first to download and review even. But every update causes issues and I have more and more trouble logging in with error codes or freezes or navagating. I wish this could go back to a somewhat simpler version. I know you have to focus on branding but please listen to customers as well. We prefer something simple that works.

Every single time you update the app which works perfectly fine then it has issues. I updated because I had no choice to since everytime I tried logging in it told me I needed to update and so I did and now I can hit log in as many times as I like and it says it's logging in then just refreshes back to the log in screen. Its really irritating that when Im trying to see if my account has received my paycheck that I can't do that when with the last update I could log in and use all the features with no issues

Everytime you update I have issues. This time it tells me to update. I go to play store and have to remove the app and reinstall. Even after doing this several times I still get the same message that I need to update. Still unable to look at my account. ***update*** finally the update shows up. Next time maybe before you completely cut off access and tell us to update our apps, you actually have the update available to download.

I can see my balance but that's it. It's slow and I can't transfer funds between accts anymore, which is primarily why I have it. Please fix it.

Use to be a good app but now its worthless. Can't do anything you need to anymore,!! WHY IS THIS APP SOOOOOO MUCH SLOWER THAN THE OLD VERSION???

This app. is so slow. Sometimes I don't even know if I'm connected or it had frozen. I mean S L O W!

Can't transfer $ from one account to another on My phone anymore

So it is better then when I rated last, but the programing is still unstable. When it actually wants to log in and work I can move money around. The moble deposit needs to be perfected. I figured out that since the app doesn't let you scroll down I can't hit the final accept button. Unless this is fixed fast I will have to go to a new bank altogether since I have moved out of the area. Edit: I have changed phones to galaxy s6 and it all works now. Guess it just doesn't work with old phones.

Always nice to know what I have in the bank on the go. Never really have a issue

The app tells me I have to update to use it but won't allow me to update. After un installing and reinstalling it still doesn't work.

When I attempt to deposit a check, the app tells me to log in using the app!

It says I can cash my check by taking a picture but there is no option for it in the app

Would like to be able to deposit a check by picture.
