Ordered food 3 times from 3 different restaurants at night on 14th December, 2017. Time between 2 AM to 3 AM. I was so hungry that I needed something to eat desperately while I was staying at a Hotel in Jaipur. Didn't get a single order. Order was neither confirmed nor denied. Worst app ever for food ordering I can say. Atleast other apps didn't give hope by showing open restaurants. I'll strongly recommend all of my knowns not to use this app at all.

Justdial is minting money in the garb of providing marketing and advertising solutions to businesses. They just follow up till you book a contract with them and then real problems start. Poor editing of listings often leading to misinformation about your business, poor and rude customer service, unreliable executives who irritate you by calling repeatedly but never show up later. Please be careful before you sign a contract with them. Also if many people are interested in advertising on justdial it automatically increased cost so convince others to stay away and use other free advertising solutions like Google maps and WhatsApp to attract customers

Justdial is a good plateform for improve your business.. I m registered customer with Justdial as taxi provider and i m satisfied customer of Justdial ..... my bussiness registerd in rudrapur city and i want say thanks to Justdial management for this plateform.. but i want to give some suggestions to management that customer support is very worst and through ECS you can't stop ECS and many time take amount bia account... please stop ECS those clients who don't want more services from jJustdial...

justdial, you are a biggest bastard n cheater company, deducted my all money from my bank account. you are bloody DOG people. I stopped my justdial services and ECS in June 2017, still they are deducted all my money from my account. they made my account balance to 0. Justdial is a bastard company, they are looted me without informing, i called my times to justdial but they are not listening. just saying will call back. JUSTDIAL is worst and fraund company of india I will mail to all communities and aware all people regarding this money loot fraud is going on by JUSTDIAL. I am a customer of Just Dial. Representatives are calling again and again for new products but they never understand and listen problem for the existing services which we are paying to Just Dial. I have called to Customer Care and Also wrote email to Customer support but nobody responded and they don't care for their existing customers who are giving them bussiness from last 5 years

I listed by business in Justdial ..they are frauds ...whenever I want package higher they want extra money ....and they don't give you trial they want 1yr money full becoz they don't have confidence ..... .. recently I changed my package from 1800 to 6400 but still now I got same 1 leads daily ..... Please do not take service of JUST DIAL. They just cheat. I have paid 36000/- to Just Dial to promote the Business of CNG Conversion Kit, But I hate the service of Just Dial. They send me enquiry from outer location, they do not send the enquiry of nearby places. asked customer care for the same, they said you have selected Rotation Plan so this is not fixed. You will get enquiry from your locality also. I took my friends phone & enquired for CNG Kit from my location, But I did not get any massage from Just Dial. They send other dealers number but not my number on that no. Very poor Service.. Please do not invest any amount in Just Dial. After 6 months after registering business. I did not recovered 20% of my investment in JUST DIAL.

I have registered my business with JD your agent after registering he gave me JD QR sticker and asked me to tag yourself first on JD Pay and then paste it at my business place, Now the problem arises that no option of scan & tag Sticker QR Code find in JD Pay, not even Generate QR code read that sticker... We have registered business with just dial. the problem is that we are unable to respond to our customers review and we are unable to update the changes in properties amenity. Even the address of the business cannot be changed with this app. And there are a lot mistakes with this app. Please take in action to correct these mistakes.
