jri is a good platform for online recharges but i think App based platform lacks some features compared to web based. E.g. Schedule a recharge option is available in web based platform only and not on App. This option should be added in App as well since its quite handy to use and there should also be an frequency option of 1 time.

I just love this app. I never had a problem of not getting a recharge from this app wheres I had many problems with other apps. I'll give 1 star less coz it takes much time in redirecting to too many websites. Please reduce this redirection process and it will be 5 stars.

Many technical as well as other issues. I wanted to recharge the JRI card with only 500/- but credited 2000/- (500/- x 4 times) due to technical disability of this app as this showed nothing about recharge into JRI card and I processed transaction 4 times. After some time, amount reached to 2000/-. To be Visited the Paytm and mobikwik app to provide best services. Slow speed, many bugs.

Everything is good....but only one thing I face....and I think it is a major....everytime I want to add money to jri card...from net banking....after banking step done and money deducted from bank...never returned to app properly...and money not added in time....it will shows in app after a long time...
