Lightweight application runs quickly and doesn't hog my phone's limited storage. And I find it much easier to keep my phone alive than keep track of a day pass. But the inability to purchase one-way passes seems like an oversight by developers and cripples the apps usefulness during my commutes.

Worked well until today, then I was logged out of my account and it seems to frequently forget that I was logged in. This caused me to make two purchases today. Again the app thinks I'm using a new device, so more I am unable to connect my account. Also, I got an error when trying to activate my day pass today. Will consider removing until this issue is resolved even though it is very convenient for me to use. The error I've been getting the past two days makes it very difficult to use this.

Used this to buy a pass for the SkyRide. Convenient and easy to use. Not sure why the tickets expire at 2:59 am the next morning. It would be even more convenient if I could buy tickets further in advance.

Could not buy a monthly pass or a annual pass.

Dope easy to use if you know were you are.

Single trip tickets would be nice

Overall works decent. Had trouble loading which is fixed by closing out and relapsing. The GPS of the trains is off. It seems like it goes off of the schedule not the real train. Says the train is due the departing and has not come to the stop yet.

The app looks good, but it does not offer an option for a one-way fare, only a day pass. If I'm in a pinch and need to hop on a bus, I still can't utilize this app unless I pay the full day fare cost.

App works and it's nice not to have to worry about buying a ticket at the machines. However, for an all day ticket which expires at the end of the day no matter what, you still have to activate. After activated and you leave the app for hours (not sure how many) and return to app the ticket states that it's active but when I click on it the red bar is displayed saying it was just activated. Meaning I have to remember to activate the ticket before return trip, even though it's an all day ticket. Tickets should be activated automatically when buying and at least stay that way when it says so in your ticket wallet.

Layout is pretty basic, and ugly. I don't want to feel like I'm just using some patched together website. Good start. Got some catching up to do! Should offer all your pass options! Fingerprint security as well.

Y70%
by Y####:

Finally! Sometimes I need a quick ride and don't have a ticket. Now with this, problem solved! But they do need to add more ticket options, which it's possible they will in the future. A step in the right direction.

Don't like how many of the useful utility items in the app direct you to the information via web browser. Why can't schedule and map information be available directly within the app? The next ride feature is helpful but the performance of it in the app is sluggish.

I70%
by I####:

The day pass expires at 2:59 a.m. on the day after purchase, regardless of whether or not it's been activated. What's the point of activation in this case? It would be much more convenient if you can buy a day pass in advance and then activate it on the day you need it. Also strange is that the credit card information cannot be added in advance, only when you purchase a ticket.

by Y####:

So it looks like you can only purchase Day Passes and Airport Passes. Why not allow us to buy a single trip? Like others have said, it's a good first step. How about making it more practical? And giving a discount for using the app? RTD, keep up the good work with innovations!

Off to a good start I would like to see Monthly passes soon or at least a way to purchase day passes for future rides / uses to be used as needed and not have them expire until used / activatied .

I just started using transit on my commute and downloaded the app. I was waiting at 15th and wynkoop for the 32 because the app told me it was the best place to catch the bus transferring from Union Station. While waiting, I noticed the 28b came and went on the app without the bus ever actually passing me. It was then I saw a tiny sign on the light post of a barely lit street that said the stop is closed while construction is being completed further down 15th. I ran down to the next stop on delgany that is in service and caught up to the bus only for the driver to shut the door in my face leaving me standing in the rain. I had to call a lyft to get home because the next bus wasn't scheduled for another half hour The app is convenient and handy during my commute, but it strikes me as a glaring oversight that the trip planner and next trip functions do not indicate that a stop is closed; and in fact continue to steer passengers toward closed stations and give status updates as if they're still open. Please for the love of God fix this.

This will be awesome when I'm taking waiting at the baggage claim or taking that long escalator ride down to the train at the airport. I won't have to wait in line at the bottom and miss the train again!

So it doesn't link up with my existing "my ride" account? Disappointing.

Y70%

So the app has a ticket "wallet" feature, yet all tickets expire less than 24 hours after their purchase?!?! Update to behave like a real wallet with a feature where you can redeem one ticket at a time.
