I enjoyed reading the news for free. Now all the sudden the eagle gets greedy? Latest update sucks. Now I can only read 10 articles and you ask me to PAY in order to read more? You just lost a customer. Uninstalling. I got this app because the eagle isnt sold where I live and its nice to read about what it going on in my hometown.

Needs landscape mode for tablets.

Does good job providing overview of Kansas news.

I have family in the Wichita area and I use this app to check the news and events several times a week. It works well.

This app gets worse with each revision. Instead of defaulting to the current electronic edition of the paper, it seems to default to to previous day's headlines. It takes scrolling and tapping twice to get to the current paper. It lacks any way to change the default view. I hope it is not how the Eagle envisions its presence in the digital age.

How I read my paper nowadays!

Very problematic app, crashes does not work at all in certain areas. I would never pay for their subscription.

????Was in WICHITA, KS years ago while daughter was attending college (1993). Lifestyle and people are very pleasant. My family were stationed in Fort RILEY, KS IN 1982. Missing the WICHITA EAGLE Newspaper. Totally the apposite from Los Angeles, CA. ????

This has to be the only Android app that still won't run in landscape. Please hire some smarter developers!! 11/18/16 UPDATE: WILL NOT LOAD CONTENT, ONLY HEADLINES. TOTALLY WORTHLESS APP. STILL NO LANDSCAPE EITHER.

We're pretty blessed in Wichita to get stories from a largely unbiased source in the media. The undertaking of producing a newspaper is great, and it's wonderful to be able to wake up to every day!

So i can only read ten articles unless i pay for a subscption. No thanks, i can get my news from reputable national sites and local t.v news. The wichita eagle is now completely irrelavent if it wants me to pay for the news. Uninstall

That stupid homicide map keeps popping up while trying to browse the news articles. I wouldn't pay half a dog turd for this useless app. DO NOT BOTHER!

Thank God for lcal tv apps for news!

Just Uninstall and reinstall when you've reached your free limit. Duh

App forced close twice in the first 5 minutes and turned my phone off, when it turned back on my favorites list had changed in phone book. It just happened so I don't know what else might have been messed up..
