Med Volkswagen Transportbilars körjournalsapp kan du enkelt registrera och administrera dina resor, privat eller i tjänsten.

När du ska registrera ny resa väljer du om den är i tjänsten eller privat. Fyll i ärende, var resan startar, vart du ska åka och startmätarställning. När du sedan är framme fyller du i resans slutmätarställning och sparar resan. Din resa sparas då till historiken i appen. Behöver du korrigera något i dina sparade resor är det enkelt att uppdatera.

Vid månadens slut, eller den period som du själv önskar exporterar du sedan resorna från appen till dator. En .csv-fil skickas med mail till önskad datorenhet och filen kan öppnas i t.ex. Excel.

To register new trip, select whether it is for business or pleasure. Fill in the matter, the trip will start, where to go and starting mileage. When you are there, fill in the journey's end mileage and saves the trip. Your journey is then saved to the history of the app. Need to correct something in your saved trips it is easy to update.

At the end of the month, or the period that you wish to export then travels from the app to your computer. A .csv file sent by email to the required computing device and the file can be opened in eg Excel.
