Private sound mode doesn't support two phones simultaneously.

Un synsc all the time. Have to uninstall app and reinstall constantly.

No changes to mobile, home router or BP730 but now private sound refuses to work but all other remote functions fine. Suspect recent patch to player (late Aug 2013) may be to blame? Update:early Sep 2013 update to BP730 restored private sound function.

You should add a keyboard to search in the app.

With the rise of streaming media through the TV (and standalone smart devices like my home theater system) I am continuously dissapointed with the lack of refinement and features. The only reason I gave it three stars instead of one is because the app is more responsive than the remote. The two things we all want is a full keyboard on the app and the ability to stream music to the stereo system from services other than Spotify and rhapsody (seriously who uses rhapsody).

This used to work on my LG 3D blu ray player. Now it won't even detect my machine. Called tech support and didn't even know there was a mobile app for the remote!!! Yikes.

Stops working and I can't put it on pause when I need to.

Its been hard to find a working LG app for my LG BH6730 home theater system. This isn't infrared but it works flawlessly via WiFi. Good job LG.

Private Sound is a great option, but doing almost anything with the phone causes it to crash. I experienced this with my Galaxy S4 and now my new Galaxy S6. Please update the app.

A QWERTY keyboard would be very useful for searching in the smart apps like Netflix.

Works perfectly on my lg bluray player... And the private sound feature is very helpful... I can now watch movies with high volume without disturbing others...

I love LG products but I am really disappointed with the private sound mode on the 5.1 sound system that i just bought, it's a great idea and one of the features that made me buy the product, however it dosent work well, it just cuts out all of the time and that is trying to use it with an LG G3 and an LG GPad 8 so there should be no compatibility issues. If this worked I would give 5 stars, please fix.

I get the "Unfortunately, LG AV Remote 3 has stopped." Message most times when I navigate back to the app. It then proceeds to work, but it's really, really irritating. I also love how it will toggle play/pause the TV when someone calls, but it only does this if I'm actively in the app, which is very unfortunate. My rating would be 4 star if one of these wasn't the case/if one was adjusted, 5 if both were fixed.

Seems like it could have a slightly more intuitive layout, but works well. It always crashes when restarting after Android kills the task (when not in use for a while) but restarts and returns to the screen quickly.

Want this for private sound mode. Can't find any of my lg items at all.

Just have to remember to put it on the same WiFi network

Pretty clunky, up volume can get stuck if you press up vol and then switch apps.

Works very well on my BH6330, but please please, add/show on screen for volume level, sound effect, and speaker level, so we can know exactly all those level position without have to see the unit... And also it would be great if support rotation, so we can read full lenght of song title.

Pairing key shows up on my TV but this app says it can't find anything to connect to. My magic motion remote messes up on some games and so does the lg app specifically made for my TV so I wanted a normal smart remote. My other tv has a normal smart remote & I prefer it cuz it don't mess up games

Should introduce qwerty keyboard to allow easy search within apps.
