Great app and even better support from the makers when I encountered an issue.

Now ive done the latest update the app wont open or work

This app was mainly used as a digital tube map, since the ads, it's become horrible. I NOW USE GOOGLE MAPs, with GPS enabled it is able to get me the best public transport rutes without all the nonsense. Thank you google.

Used to be a good app but since latest update the journey planner does not work anymore. No matter which station i want to travel, just keeps on saying "we found more than one location matching ChIJ1r5... " followed by a lot of other letters and numbers. Please fix.

I really like this app,the ability to use maps offline with details of stations with toilets are great as it hard to find restroom near some stations, just need to be updated with some information since March 2017

There are too many ads and stated previously this gets in the way of speed of decision. Wtf uber get a plug I don't know, because their cars parked waiting at major destinations add to the congestion. Support our black taxis

Used to work fine for me until more recently, now most links to TfL appear to be outdated and simply do not work at all, at least not in my case. A shame. Now it is totally useless to me.

This app sucks in every way. Slow, clunky, cumbersome. Absolutely awful ease of use. Don't waste your time

App not connecting to tfl site for information. Tried everything!! Also can't connect now via Samsung built-in browser since uninstalling app. Samsung phone.

It has everything you need to plan travels on public transport. The easiest and most reliable app.

It's not working

Just ignoring all the negative feedback on intrusive ads. You do not sell stuff, you are a utility app. Get your brainless bosses to fund you some other way. I am uninstalling

Why do you have so many adds all of the sudden, when someone is in a hurry and needs to do a search the adds waste our time. You suppose to be helpful not making things worse especially since TFL takes so much of money from us for our travelling. Stop the ads.

The app is still easy to use and comprehensive. Ads are annoying and serves no purpose when one uses the app for a quick lookup.

Used to be the best app. Might still be with efficiency tools. But all those ads popping up it's now a garbage app

Agree with most of the contents regarding the performance since the ads were introduced. Even worse today as it won't go past the Southern Rail message.

The adds, they are too much. And recently it became extremely slow and laggy. Looking for something else..

Tried about ten journey planner apps on Google play ..this one was no different.... I take back what ever I said before...totally waste of space....

This use to be my go to app, in a recent update I noticed they would add advertising over the top. After a few seconds of opening the app loads up an advert that you need to click off. At first I could live with it but with the occasionally app crash I began wondering why I even bother! All this app does is direct you towards the tfl website anyway. I have just created a short cut to the route planner on my home screen. Much faster and better!

Was an app that had been used daily without fail. Simple to use and very quick, then for whatever reason, the app was slow, buggy, adverts took over the screen. Fiddly. Far, far, faaaaarrrrr from user friendly. I think the developer grew tired of creating a useful app. Which is completely fine, it's free and there are other apps to download which are also free (difference is, is that the other apps work a treat!) Do not download, there are plenty other apps that do a much better job.

Never saw such a poor designed app.. the management behind this lacks basic understanding of user experience and ease of navigation... you click something and you see something else.. very slow and unnecessary ads makes it worse than worst..

Constantly crashes since the update or the journey details do not load. It's a shame as It was a very good app that I had been using for a number or years. Time to find a new journey planner app me thinks!

When I click on my saved/favourite stops I am unable to scroll down the list. It's very frustrating as the whole of saving them is for quick access. So now I am currently having to search for each stop yet again

Used to be very very helpful. Many people I got to use this before are not using it anymore. TFL get with the time. UPGRADE, don't DOWNGRADE yourself

Just updated, I don't normally, but I did. Start splash screen ad. Then you go get bus times etc & there's another ad & if that's not enough on WiFi it then plays a Dettol ad!!

Ads were painful enough, would prefer to have paid a subscription for an ad-free app. Now they're really intrusive, you have to wait for them to load, and now the final straw is they come with sound. Uninstalling.

It's stopped working can't use any if the features they won't touch

Out of any app I've ever used, this has the most intrusive ads. Not only the ones it's had for a while that hide useful parts of the screen and really get in the way, but now noisy audio/video ads, even if your phone is on vibrate.

I use to use this app a lot for buses and saved each stop....I could click on my stop I needed and get times for my buses straight away. Now it's longer and takes more space. Sort it out please.

I used to love this app, however new updates have added a lot more intrusive ads that play sound and slow down the whole application. Please remove ads with sound.

Constant ads on every screen, and audio ads that play with no way to shut them up without turning your whole device down. Pathetic, was a good app before.

Used to work fine, used it all the time and in the last few months it doesn't work at ,just crashes .

Used to be good, constantly crashing on Android 6 adverts really annoying.
