I tried to recharge 50Rs, Recharge failed 25Rs deducted from Magicx wallet and got refunded. But 25Rs deducted from paytm Wallet and not at all refunded to the paytm Wallet . No response for emails too. Worst app. I don't recommend to anyone.

Magic is very bad app it donot get any cashback offer to user. It is waste of time. Helpchat and paytm is better than this useless app

Very easy process to handle this app.we can do many thing by only sent a text..we dosent want to do any hard process..better then the yellow messenger app..also this is already connected with the paytm account. This is awesome.. I suggest it for all.

Not able to login.. Not moving beyond mobile verification screen.. And customer care does not respond at all... So what to do?

It's average app but its amazing making your daily routine life easier. It only take payments through paytm. It have cash on delivery options in this policy and app.it should be expand to more district and should grow their network. It is multi utility app. At least this for one time to have an amazing experience. Thanks all for reading my review.

Everything is done the way you like it. Booked a cab and paid electricty bills. No problems faced and I even got a free recharge which I would have never got if I had paid for the cab using there app. Really happy after using it.
