Trash. I got the auto insurance because it was lower and auto draft through my employer. Glad I saved $10 a month and didn't go with other people. Really it was more because of before tax but a few days in and can't even describe the frustrating things.Do your self a huge favor and RUN! Pay the extra $10 for a company who is going to invest in you. Watch how much they get from me after I cancel! Great mirrors but that doesn't mean I have to stay stupid! Hope y'all truly fix your app and show future customers you care about them and not just money!

Doesn,t give any information that i don't already know. Just want to see if they paid my claim. All it says is "processed." What does that mean? Says go to the website for more info. Then why have an app?

I just downloaded the app and all I get is an error stating that they are having technical difficulties. Maybe when I can actually use the app I'll be able to give a more comprehensive review. Downloaded the app AGAIN and still can't get in. If you're going to make an app, make it work. Ridiculous.

This app worked perfectly in its iOS version. With this Android version it says I cannot see my benefits due to my company policy which is false. I can see my benefits in my iPhone..... Simply annoying. Useless app

The annuities section only shows the investments grand total. Disappointing that I can't see the individual investment totals or YTD performance. It really is useless.

App is hard to navigate and is worthless when trying to see amount available for dental claims. I think they threw it together just to say they have an app

App is horrible for auto insurance. After the update its asking me to update and fails every time so I can't even use the app

Installed. Then it tells me that my products are unavailable and to load the desktop site. Boo. MetLife, get your act together.

Seems obvious that an insurance app would make it simple to show/verify proof of insurance - except to the developer of this app.

The app is useless. The only reason I download insurance apps is to be able to bring up a digital copy of my proof of insurance ID cards so I don't need to worry about carrying them with me. And the app doesn't do that. For a high end insurance company, Met Life needs to really improve their online andb mobile services.

The only thing this app is good for is providing a digital copy of your dental insurance card, which isn't even necessary for most providers. Good luck with provider searches, that part hasn't worked in the 5 months since we were switched to this company.

State auto insurance ID cards are bare bones and not worth printing. They do include the state name but probably not other information your state requires for auto insurance. I logged into my account with a regular web browser and was presented with temporary ID's.

This app is useless. Trying to get my policy ID card, but since I don't have my policy number, it's kind of pointless to have this app.

I am not able to see documents that I need to that are texted me to view for my annuity. Basically I can see what the total my annuity is at

This app sucks. It offers so little information you can't identify what the payment is for and continues to refer you to PC for additional information. If I wanted to use the PC I wouldn't have downloaded an app.

After being encouraged online to download this app it tells me that I have no dental plan with MetLife. I don't think I've ever downloaded a more useless app

I would like to update my address easily without having to call and wait on hold. Also give us digital copies of insurance cards morons

Only displays auto insurance not my home policy or dental claims. Where is the Log Out prompt? I might access it again in a couple months to renew my frustration with the ap!

Nothing ever works. All it is good for is viewing your id card. Everything ends up with technical difficulties.

Want to use the app to view auto insurance cards, BUT once logged in, no option to find cards. App is almost useless except for policy number and type.

New version doesn't work when you tap on Back button on Android device. You have to press Home button and kill the app.

The most basic reason to gave an insurance company app is to get a copy if your insurance card. And you can't do that with the MetLife app. What's the pot?
