¡Bienvenido a la App de Metrotel!

Con la aplicación móvil de Metrotel podrás consultar tus servicios contratados y realizar diferentes trámites fácil y rápidamente.

Si ya tienes cuenta digital solo debes ingresar con tu correo electrónico junto con la contraseña para ingresar a la App.

Si no tienes cuenta, te invitamos a crearla, es muy fácil.

Los trámites que podrás hacer en la aplicación son:

· Cambiar tu clave Wifi.
· Traslado de servicios.
· Pagar tu factura a través de PSE o Tarjeta Crédito.
· Visualizar el detalle de tu factura y obtener el duplicado.
· Solicitar abonos o financiación de tu factura.
· Cambiar la dirección de correspondencia.
· Visualizar las características y valores de los servicios contratados.
· Actualizar tus datos.
· Cambiar tu número telefónico.
· Reportar daños en tu línea telefónica.
· Activar o desactivar restricciones de llamadas para tu línea telefónica.
