No support seems to care abt my issue for several days. I've been mining for several days and all my mined coins are still unconfirmed. Lol.

Hello, I can't log in to my account, i've lost my 2FA data in apps in my phone.. How to other way to log in to my account?

From what I can tell I'm mining a share in the total mined by everyone using the app? Like a miner pool, so those who do it longer have a larger amount of shares in the total right? Meaning the likelihood of ever making a living wage amount of money is pretty low. I'd have to do this for years and hope the price stayed high and that everybody else kept mining as well? Pretty complex system, also no way of knowing the total isn't being skimmed by the developer. ..It's trust based and possibly a time waste. I'll update my comment if I get any reassurance.

It's all 5+ stars sweet running app but still have issue after withdrawal the screen that tells you your total mined and what you mining comes up with error but the support team are good

Great concept. Neon is a bit faster though which is fine I can use it to mine your service. Reason I'm not using your service is different though. Although your service seems to be better for mobile, I do suffer from high disconnection rates which leads to high bad shares as well. You accept share more frequently but because of your server being to far from me mining pool hub does better. Tried it over night and mining pool hub gives higher payout even w low shares and almost no bad share. Also not much info like worker list on your service. Giving low rating so you can address the problem. Will check you again after a month or so. Thanks

It's not that good. I can't send it to my bitcoin wallet and every 3 minutes it stops and resets.

Nice. Easy to use. Great interface. But we need it to work on the background. It always stop working when running in background. Also we need some more profitable alt coin like x11 algo coin. More coin, more happy ^^

This a pretty good app, stable mining on a portable device albeit not very profitable due to the lack of power, one thing I would like is away to see your computers hashing power so at least you can monitor it whilst your away from your computer.

my dual core office PC can hit at least 30 H/s but on my 8 core phone I cant hit half of that. minergate is scamming people by displaying incorrect hashrates and pocketing the difference.

The app has an intuitive UI, but there could be more literature on cryptocurrency and how each works right in the app. I also wish that the app had automated mining based off whether my device is idle or not, similar to BOINC.

I love the miner. Will there be other currency add on like zcash onto the miner

Minergate is the worst mining pool host out there. They misreport hash rates!

Does not support Bitcoin without some shenanigans around.

Are you able to add the function to auto-start mining since its an option on the computer but not on the app? other then that its functional and working.

Where can I join a pool...or am I already in a pool just by using the software?

Very poor management on behalf of the DEV Team on improving Minergate as the new versions are released the app is becoming very unstable and also unpleasant to constantly have to look after it ever couple of hours please change your ways or else I'm going to have to dissown Minergate which as a lot of potential to grow and expand to become #1

Now I get an ad that pops up every 30 minutes and stops my mining so I have to make sure this tablet is still doing what I wanted to do. Their desktop app is way better no ads shame on you mine or gate you're already making enough money with the changeling

Now an annoying splash screen appears at every start-up. Withdrawals are very very slow now and results in failed exchanges. I've lost a weeks worth of mining because the withdrawal process could not do one withdraw within 20mins. Not worth the electricity needed anymore.

Been mining on two different devices for close to an hour, the zero for Total Mined hasn't changed on either device (one is an S7). Devices are mining, where is the Monero?? Show me the money, until then its a waste of time and power.

It's relatively fast but at this rate Im making about a penny every 5 minutes I sit on the edge of my phone exploding. Although my goal is to get one bitcoin atleast. Would like if you could remove the useless currencies though(no use in having them)

The app is simple and easy to use. It would be a 5 star app if there were better coins to mine. Get rid of useless currency like infinium 8 and moneta and let us mine dogecoin, zcash, litecoin, and others.

Have it on several devices, since the last update though, a new splashscreen come up and directs me to the appstore. I can't get around it. I'll uninstall and try reinstalling. Otherwise, and up till now, a great little app
