TMB ePassbook for Android
Dear team TMB, Please enable landscape screen rotation. I have some problem in the right site touch screen cells, which others may have also. Because of this i am unable to select options from the passbook and can't change the page. Thanks.
I used this app so many days and it was worked well. Last two months it cannot work fully. I also uninstalled and again installed this app. But it was not working. It gives the error "Registered mobile number is not correct". I can't visit my account maintaining bank branch. So if u have any solution please tell me.
Waste app don't try this... it shows always unavailable network.. I don't know the people from tmb expected what kind of network? I think this app for next generation like 5G or 6G..
Always came error msg Network unavailable. Can't proceed. even 3g 4g and Wi-Fi. Do not install waste of time
It does not work. Years one time or two times only its got a sync. I sent mail also no response. Please don't waste your valuable time friends
While i open "Network Unavailable, can not proceed" error come and not able to open it. Note: 1. I Checked using airtel 4g, bsnl broadband, jio network. 2. I unistall that app and reinstalled 3. Checked and changed my proxy address Plz dont advise me to try again with iut rectifying it
Useless app, outdated UI. It got stuck at 'syncing for first time'. Doesn't even recognise WiFi connection. Even 1 star rating too much for this app. I will give -5 rating for this whatever thing.
waste app, iam using coolpad cool 1 mobile, its not open this phone,but my bro using le 2 phone its opening?? well, wats is the prblm?? not working those phones???? plz fix this issue,,
This app is very useful to me, I can download interest certificate very easily, which the bankers use to give me after one month, ending March. Also I would like to have this app for multiple accounts. For Some of my accounts with the bank even after mail id update with the bank did not show in this app. Pl help
Worst app TMB has to improvise , maximum reviews are poor still they are asking to send mail .showing September 1st weeks entries only by October 2nd week, reinstalled totally gone not installing.
It is not working... I am trying for more than one month...a/c statement is not synchronised for 35 days... while I contacted the centre they advised me to install freshly...but after that I couldn't even install it...pl don't answer in same words as you had given for all people
Waste app not working properly It's showing errors like wrong pin (even I entered correct pin,), missing executor Token..

Worst banking app ever seen. Always say "network unavailable can't proceed" but am having very good 4g network
Waste app, waste of time, Not working properly. Even in 4G net. Network Unavailable can't proceeded, I have tried to open on mobile data(4G) and WiFi (ACT Fiber net )connection. I'm able to use every app in my phone except this.
I used this app few months back. while change my mobile phone, i uninstalled the app. Now I can't install the app again. I enter my customer I'd , registered mob. No. It shows the msg " connection timed out" in very next second even though I have good network strength. Help me.
It shows Otp generated successfully. But i didnt Receive otp.I am trying for past 3 days..But still its Not working. Waste of Time.After some time otp received.after entering it and create new mpass pin and while logging in using new mpass pin,it shows ERROR:Missing Executor Token.
I tried open the app in usa . It says network not available. After some retry and uninstall install scenario . It asked for custid and phone . But still it fail with error party database not found. Really ur bank is most secure even customer can't access their details ..

Waste app. Not working properly. Even 4G net the app says connect to the internet... what a pathetic condition. TMB plz work this issue. Try to serve better for your own customers.
I get the message that the mobile number is not registered. But I am using mobile banking facility with the same mobile number. Please resolve this issue immediately.

There is no option for zero star.. Otherwise i must have chosen that..Even though i receiving all msg to my mobile number but when I'm trying to log in through this app with my customer I'd and mobile number its showing ' mobile number not registered '.. One more thing bank already detecting some money for this SMS alert.
I reinstalled again after my registered mobìle number changed; but now it says network unavailable,can't proceed, both wifi and data connection I tried, but none work.worst application, recently tmb become useless banking ,either internet banking or mobile banking tmb making very complicated. Please fix bugs in this application
Mobile number not registered error in spite of my mobile number being registered.. Fix it asap. Sent a mail to mobile_banking@tmbank.in regarding this issue. No response as yet.
When I open this app , it says network not available. But my Internet connection is working perfectly. So I am tension.

I'd like to rate this app 0 stars. It never displays the balance exactly and it never synchronizes. Waste of having this app on phone.
I find this app easy to use. This is very convenient for me to check my balance & statement instantly rather than wasting time in ATM queues & bank queues..
The web is too bad and no customer service number works and didn't get any reply from web support too. TMB doesn't have any customer support at all. In this app they need to display the cheque numbers.
Hi, the ePassbook database is not updated after 2 March 2016 even though I have refreshing at many times. Could you tell me the reason? Thanks
When I select interest certificate it says email id not registered but I have registered in branch.also my deposit account is not shown.in home page also address and email id is not shown.
First it shows mobile is not registered if you anyway clear it u get otp. If you enter that otp it shows invalid otp. Totally time waste

It doesn't work at all. After installation we can only see the TMB Logo screen and nothing else. Developers please if you have installed this App in your phone, please uninstall it and install it again, you wikl know what I am speaking about. Thanks.
