Booked the taxi over phone. The driver was argumentative as soon as we got in. He refused to meter our journey and demanded we 'made a deal' with him. The 'deal' was that he wouldn't accept less than £38 for a journey that's never been more than £28 when it was Radio Cars who always used meters. Will never be using this terrible company again.

Sat in the pub, ready to go, ordered the taxi knowing how long it would be. Tracked it, went outside and it turned up. Plus, the drivers are usually pretty decent.

Tracking ability is good but it needs gps or wifi to work why can't I just tell it where I want to be picked up from ? Old app was better ...

Terrible app, crashes every time you change date or time for pick up. The old app was really stable, I suggest going back to that!
