I only took this ride because I couldn't take uber. It made me laugh that they use a meter and have an app when the crown victoria cab was dirty and stink. And the meter price was ridiculous. To get where i was going with uber its 12 with lyft its 15 still cheaper. With ab it was 23.50. You get charged per mile and if the car is idle for every minute its charged. I will never ride with them again. The driver was nice but the prices was too over the top. I will stick with uber or lyft for now on due to prices and the clean clean experience.

Fares are extremely high and My Driver was extremely rude. He also had someone else in the car with him... I paid $90 for a ride i could've paid $38.00 for with uber.

Very Rude when talking on the phone, hung up in my face twice..called recently an the lady answering the phone has a nasty attitude..

The cab driver #02 was very nice and respectful, but the dispatcher was VERY RUDE, and disrespectful.... She needs to be FIRED.

I like the service and I didn't wait long at all...and the lady was very nice, I will be using this taxi service again

This app is great, but the female dispatcher is always rude, disrespectful, and not professional with her customers.

But the dispatcher is very rude... Other than that it's cool..

Cab service is great and on time. Anybody who need a ride they are the ones to call. Ask for cab driver 22.

It's an awesome app if your around the airport area or Jonesboro area. Was at Lenox square an try to get a cab using app but there wasn't any around. Try another in buckhead an still no where around. But other then that it's a awesome app. Besides the dispatcher being very rude an smart mouth. Someone really should fire her. Js. If your dealing with the public you don't need to have a bad attitude
