Be prepared for hidden fees, very long wait for a simple response and last minute surprises. They used to be great, now, they are just moneygrabbers. You can find much better forwarders with better rates, without hidden fees and real customer service.

I love MyUS

They fund me for urgent handling survices, they fund me for express delivery which takes from 2-4 days and then they deliver my shipment as if it is free delivery after 11 days! And when h complaint they say this is the process and u can escalate and wait for more than 24 hours to get an email from the management. 0 credibility and 0 customer service. I regret registering with such people! Pure robery

Installed version works ok but when running it tells me there is an update. If I install the update the program stops working. I've tried this 3 times so it's no fluke. Mobile version gives different costs than desktop version.

Recieved a shipment request that i havent made ... have been a user of myus for 5 years and this is a first and it just happenes that i have just downloaded this app... also, some vital features are under maintenance... ald live chat doesnt work... app and company needs lots of work on customer survice... ***update: your friendly customer service is not available by phone, live chat nor email (5 hours since i sent email).

This app allowed me to put my values but when I complained to the company they didn't bother to fix the issue and advise me to use a desktop computer. There is no convenience in using this app You still have to use a desktpp

For some reason if i access myus account through web i can see my items but through the app it doesnt show anything. Fix this issue

Its great,but since yesterday can't track my package, I get an error message saying... Application Error

an error come up and stop the process when I choose the traking ling in history section, please fix it up.

I've been using MyUS for a long time. Never had any issues with their service and this app makes it easier to access the account.

I have accout but when I want to ship my shipment it's not working. And the fees is increasing. And when I use the website it's appear the the website under the maintenance. I want to solve my problem

The app used to work fine. After the update I have to sign out then sign back in every time I want to use it!

Finding it very much difficult to register and become a member, Am from Nigeria, this app is rejecting my phone number.

Loay" Hi this is wonderfull app but it needs arabic language because %71 of MyUS users are arabians and shipping from this app so i hope that you add arabic language, big thanks.

I read the costumer reviews I got scared then I removed it

I can log in just fine to the website, but the app halts on the login screen.

Last order with MyUs. Fees are outrageous and way too much interaction with customer support just to get items sent.

I've been using MyUS services for a long time now, practically shipping goods every week or so, not a month goes without shipping something. MyUS makes everything clear and simple. Don't get me started on handling and customer service, best that I've seen and dealt with. The app is simple and easy to use. Sign up with MyUS already! Get this app!

I had the previous version and it was working fine. Since the update, it will download but not install, always giving Error Code - 505. I uninstalled the application and try to install again, but same error. Tried again today 9th of May and I still get - 505... Again, in 23rd of May, still - 505.Finally, the last update installed correctly!

The app is very nice but I would like to see couple things built in the app it self such as shipping calculator.

This is my 3d years with my us and the team is very active and helpful
