We all dream of a place where we can know and be known, where we can be a part of a cause worth investing in and where we will be loved and accepted for whom we are and for whom we are not. This hope took shape in the hearts and minds of Rick and Marilyn (Founding Pastors) several years ago. They looked out into a hurting and searching community and saw a need for a place where those who felt uncomfortable and out of place in a traditional church could find an environment that would help them connect to God in a real way. Connections Vineyard remains committed to that original vision of creating an engaging and welcoming environment where you can explore what it means to have a relationship with God through Jesus Christ, develop friendships with others in the community, and take the next step on your spiritual journey. We have a "come as you are" approach to worshiping and are a diverse group that welcomes people of all ethnic, social, economic, and spiritual backgrounds. People with little or no religious background are as welcome as those who have attended church their whole life. Connections Vineyard is real people living real lives in real relationship with God and each other. The dress is casual. The music rocks. The people are friendly. And the message is real-to-life. Our doors are open for anyone looking to know and share the life and Love of Christ. Whether you are a spiritual seeker who is starting to ask questions about God or a seasoned believer continuing your walk with Christ, you can find a home at Connections Vineyard. What you will first notice when you visit is the accepting atmosphere. You will experience heart-felt worship and relevant teaching from the Bible. You will also find opportunities to connect with people in honest, growing relationships, as well as places to use the gifts God has uniquely given you. Our church is full of lives that have been transformed by Jesus Christ. He is the heart and focus of our church. Those who have exchanged their life of self-focus for the life of Christ do not go to church, but are the church wherever they go!
