It doesn't work. Barely ever connects to play any music. Waste of money.

Keeps just sending me to an email that says to click a link but there is no link. It dont work.

Don't work for me.. might be a older jukebox

Sucks. Can't see what's playing next.

Extremely poorly written app. Do not get!!!

Just wish you could see the songs in query. So you know when your song will be played.

1 day later & asked 2 resend. Why would any bar owner choose this piece of crap over touchtunes?

There is no way to view current song playing to favorite it. You cannot build play lists. Only favorites and recently played. Cannot search music when not connected to a location to create a list of favorites. If the location has their jukebox turned off, you cannot connect to build your favorites list. Its slow at times and get a lot of "cannot connect to server" errors. The search feature frequently doesn't return the results it should. Search artist name - no results. But can browse to artist name.

WTF???? Kinda hard to use app if one can't log in to use

Takes my money doesn't play half of my songs.

It is sad that the app does not work. I wanted to purchase a jukebox from this company for our bar. We have touchtunes now and large part of the use comes through apps that customers have on their phone. So I figured I will download the nsm app see how that works. Just like others are reporting I can not set up an account, no confirmation email comes. I am sure this lack of phone app would significantly decrease its use in our bar and the revenue we could achieve. I guess it is touchtunes for now.

I wanted to play music on a jukebox but have been waiting hours just for the email verification... literally every other jukebox app ive used is near instant this is just bad

App works great and more improvements to come. Like enhanced search and priority play. If you don't receive your confirmation email it may be in your spam folder or your email provider is blocking it.

App is OK. No option to see what's playing next. No option to play your song next. No loyalty program. Touch Tunes is much better. Unfortunately, some little dive bars use this instead. It's OK. Could be better.

App works fine but needs more options like there are available at the jukebox itself, like video search, genre search and play next. Oh and see the queue list.

My friend owns a bar and just bought one of these jukeboxes..I'm trying to create a user name account and there is no spot too..only a spot to long in..I had no problems with the touch tune jukeboxes that are all over..they work great!

there arent jukeboxes because they are still working on the back end.

This app seems to be in test mode. Let's wait until they fix it!
