Profile Book is an application to share member information of you team or organisation. Members enter their contact information, hobbies/interests, skills, work history and academic background. Members in the same team can only see others information.

Search for common terms

- Member information such as skills, hobbies, previous employment, and education can be extracted, leading to conversation-starters and increasing the communication between team members.

Integrates with Facebook for easy creation of profiles

- Basic profile information can be obtained from Facebook, making it relatively easy to create a detailed profile of members.
The Facebook features is only used for data import, and does not allow the administrator access to private information on Facebook.

Easy organisational control

- Using a web-based interface, organisation names and structures can be modified, and members can be assigned to groups with one click. Organisational information is archived, so complications arising from changes can be reduced.

Collective employee registration

- Administrators may enter all employee information at one time by using a CSV file. Also, individual accounts may be added or deleted.

Anytime, anywhere

- Get group information and member contact information anytime, anywhere using you smartphone. *The release of the iOS version is planned for the end of August.

Security

- Access is conducted over a secure https connection, and each business receives a separate domain.
