Saves me money, doesn't charge me for browsing to a bundle which sucks. Icon is way too lame though and the UI doesn't look like average. Make it look more like an Internet modem UI or like your website

lacks the user intuitiveness drive. How do I get my internet ,sms and points balance. Too many menus

The app is Awesome, but on the Balance inquiry section, it should also include Data balance and not Airtime allow. Work on that, otherwise the rest is okay

It only works when you have bundles . . . Suppose you want to buy bundles, it becomes useless

Orange internet is very slow and very expensive now as before

Including bundle balance & Ziada on the balance page is welcoming. However, I loved the black background for readability. In the next update let us choose a background colour under the setting function.

The fact that you guys are the first to have a self care app, makes you tick in my approval books. KEEP UP!

I use the app. Nice look and feel. I like the online recharge idea , Orange fb and @OrangeKenya twitter customercare integrated in there.

It's cool coz I don't have to memorize all the short codes....I just go right to the app and wolla!! I have all I need..good work guys keep it up...

A great little application. Theaz still room for improvement though. All in all thumbs up.

It doesn't work for me. Tried to top up online using my office wifi since I don't have any data left and I can't. I have to stick to the old fashion way. Look for money and visit a shop to buy credit from.

Yes it does what its supposed to do. One missing function.... showing data bundle balance...

The signal is very slow and very weak sometimes especially during the day and at times in the morning I.e am and the midnight hour. It is very frustrating sometimes. My children also are incovenienced when doing their home work. Please check into this matter. I have reported this issue at your office in sarit ...check with Calvin ... Otherwise when its up and runing. .its the best and we enjoy the service.
