The program crashes alot after the last couple of updates. without your app it's impossible to use the device, check the app feedback and fix this problem!

Sydney time zone is +10 please. There is a huge opportunity for more development and some smarter controls. This system could have so much power while saving power.

It found my WiFi...I entered the password....the System Crashed....48 times

It was unreliable to begin with, but then when the latest update came, it then became unusable! The app makes the plug useless!

Just about perfect. Connects easily first time and stays synced with my home wifi without any maintenance or issues. I was happy to find out that I can set recurring timer rules for the power points, as well as simple countdown timers (i.e. turn bedroom lamp OFF at 6:00am every day, or turn the bedroom fan OFF automatically 10 minutes after every time it's toggled ON). The option to assign different icons to each adapter is handy as well. What I'd really like to see added however, is the ability to place on/off switches for individual power points on the home screen as widgets. Just for a little added convenience and functionality.

Took a bit to get working, but eventually using AP mode all my points now controllable.. forget the timers tho, they worked for a while now they don't respond at all to the set "Rules" now its just a dumb wifi controlled switch.. useless without timer functions. please update!!

This was a good app once. Why can't I enter passwords in to AP mode now. Maybe time to ring consumer affairs. Even 4.4 Android does not work. It connects but not correctly anymore. Got a year of work out of it for 70 dollars not happy. Company aka ALDI and developers need to fix his problem.

So I have had this for years, was an amazing app until I upgraded handset using new Android and it's buggy. Mind you I have paid a few 100 for the points... you may want to look in to this and fix asap.

Purchased from Aldi. Used to be working okay until I upgraded to Android 5.0. every time I turn power on, app restart itself with error msg. No update available. Bad support from cheap chinese product.

Works great for me, been using it for a while once setup seems to work consistently. Have a couple of lamps on schedule and they work fine. Thanks for the daylight savings update, was the only issue I was having. If you are looking for additional options, one might be a proximity trigger i.e. when the phone hooks into the home wifi turn on the lights, bit like a welcome home sequence.

Requires a reboot every time i go into the app. Basically unusable. Please fix this.

Used to work beautifully. Now its not able to reach the socket. What a was5e of money.

Crashes continually. Disconnect s my phone from wifi. Cheap and useless junk.

Yes since upgrading to Android 5 this app has crashed every time I use it. Also took ages to setup a smart socket. Had to use AP option. Need an update for droid 5 urgent...

When you open the app it says to restart it but if you just press the return key it works okay

Took ages to set up and since I got it working, every time I open it, it says 'error, please restart app' so I do and the same thing happens again!

WORST APP EVER. Do an update FFS! Since I upgraded to Android 5.0 the app crashes ALL THE Fing TIME. Seriously, you can't even switch on/off one power point without it crashing. Forget trying to set anything up, I'm stuck with the settings I had before I upgraded. The power points are pretty useless without the app, so now I regret buying them in the first place. Get the Belkin ones instead.

Get the same error message as many others, this crappy app will not find my smartplug and keeps asking for a restart, waste of time and now I'm stuck with a so called smart plug (ha ha) which is now not very smart!!

From my experience (not a lot, as I just tried it on two Android phones) this app will NOT work on Android 5, having just spent an hour loading the app, restarting it, deleting and reloading it, etc. Keep stating error/restart. Also noticed it put quotation marks around the SSID, though that was just an observation, because when I tried it on 4.0.4 (old Samsung Galaxy S2) there were no quotes around the SSID. It also never crashed. Unfortunately, the app states "No sockets found" even after the device FINALLY paired with my wifi, but in fact there IS a socket in the device list and the app will control it. If anyone has a solution to the Android 5 problems I'd be happy to hear it.

Need info from website but it's all Chinese. You are selling a product around the world you kind of need to document it in English. Uninstall.

Who ever wrote this did no testing with the latest Android what so ever. It used to work with 4.4 but since the latest upgrade it crashed literally every time I use it. I also hear that it's send info back so some peoples republic IP address which is a tad worrying...Soon to be replaced by something that actually works.

Hardest thing was getting the 'smart socket' out of the box!..very easy to set up to wifi and use away from the house :-)

Light flashes red then blue but add socket doesn't work. Tried 2 or 3 times but socket is never found.

Why does this app insist on showing my SSID as "SSIDNAME" instead of simply SSIDNAME? It will never work with the quotes. The iOS version does not do this and it works fine. It's usually an iPad or iPhone that refuses to connect to things not an Android device. Also if I try to configure the Smart Points through the AP setting in the app, the app promptly disconnects from my wifi and then turns off the wifi in my Galaxy S4 phone completely. Of course then it will never connect. This is version v01.01.027

Found my smart plug easily. Would give it 5 stars if a widget can be added to turn smart plugs on/off

It didnt work with wifi plug and return 2 p'ug back and refund..

App crashes. Instantly when you enter smart setup. Worthless app. Poor support. Just cheap and nasty.

The functionality of this app does exactly what it says, however a widget would be awesome for an easier way to control the PowerPoints
