อีเมล์ที่เอามาลงสมัครใน playstore เป็นอีเมล์ปลอมหรอครับ จะส่งข้อมูลบั๊กหน่อย ก็ส่บไม่ได้ mpay rabbit พอใช้เป็น android 6.0 แล้วใช้ไม่ได้ ไปถามที่ rabbit shop แล้วบอกว่ารองรับแค่ 4.4 กับ 5.0.2 dev ทำอะไรอยู่????????? โฆษณาซะดิบดีแต่ปล่อย app ตัวเองให้ obsolete ไม่ทัน OS

I give 1 star because I cannot use AIS Rabbit SIM through this app when use with Samsung J7(2016) and A9 Pro.

I like this up. I pay may water and electricity bill without problems. Just wait for the next day after receiving your bills.

เติมเงินเข้า mpay แล้ว กดจ่ายบิล ais ได้บ้างไม่ได้บ้าง เติมเงินจากในแอพเองก็ยาก error ตลอด ต้องเติมจากแอพของธนาคารเอง แย่กว่า แอพของค่ายอื่นๆมาก ควรปรับปรุง

ไม่สามารถเติมเงินได้ กรณีผูกบัตรเครดิตmastercard ติดต่อ ทั้ง call center และ serenade shop ก็แก้ไขไม่ได้ แจ้งจะติดต่อกลับ ก็ไม่ได้รับการติดต่อ uninstall แล้ว

อยากให้มีการเติมเงิน easy pass ด้วย

ลอกอินไม่ได้ให้โทร1175 แต่โทรไปมีแต่เมนูสำหรับแพคเกจโทรศัพท์ ไม่มีสำหรับ mpay แล้วจะลอกอินยังไงดีครับ???

ควรเพิ่ม fingerprint แบบ my AIS ได้แล้ว จะได้ใช้งานสะดวกขึ้นกว่าใส่รหัส

โดยรวมแล้วก็โอเค...แต่น่าจะสามารถใช้จ่ายในร้านสะดวกซื้อได้ด้วย...แล้วก็ตรงส่วนล็อกอินเข้าระบบน่าจะปรับปรุงหน้าตาให้น่าใช้กว่านี้ทำคล้ายกับแอพของ AIS ก็ได้

ระบบซ้ำซ้อน ช่องทางเติมเงินน้อยมาก โฆษณาเยอะ จากคุณภาพ App ไม่ไว้ใจความปลอดภัย

I installed it today as someone said this app can be used to pay the electrical fee and AIS Fibre. I succussfully installed it and added my card. However, I couldn't add cash. It said I already reached to limit per day. I then went to explore payment function. I scanned my AIS Fibre Bill and the app showed correct number. Again, I faced the error said that the bill no. was wrong. I will uninstall this app now as I don't feel safe using this version. Please fix bugs, make it work with new android version, and improve the User interface/User experience - the UI/UX fails to make me trust the app to store my information relevant to money yet e.g. loading slowly, too many errors thrown, etc. I quite like my AIS. It looks better, good choice of color, lower user effort to access. Love AIS and hope you will consider my suggestion.

It does not even work. The app crashes at the phone number prompt screen.

เกือบจะดีแหละ ควรจะพัฒนาให้เปิดใช้แอป ในต่างประเทศได้ และเพิ่มวงเงิน การเติมเงินผ่านบัตรเครดิต ให้มากกว่า 5ครั้งต่อวัน

Under my expectation too much. It's unable to scan event barcode. GTB(Government bank) is better than technology company likes AIS. I 'm very surprised that.

I can't even enter in the app it show " your request cannot be processed at this time(RAB) i have uninstalled and reinstalled several times

ข้อเด่นของ mpay คือจ่ายได้เยอะบริษัทมาก เติมเงินสะดวก โดยรวมคือดี ตอนนี้ฟรีจ่ายบิลก็ดี เกือบจะให้5ดาว เสียแค่ฟรีเฉพาะช่วงโปร(หมดโปรไม่ฟรี)

Why I can't log in to the app? It ask me to put PIN code, then the app showed can't access. Please improve

พอกด PIN สี่ตัวแล้ว App แจ้งว่าทำรายการต่อไม่ได้ในขณะนี้ !?! ... ช่วยเช็คให้หน่อย

แอพรวมๆ ดีแล้วครับ อยากให้เพิ่ม PIN เป็น 6 หลักเพื่อความปลอดภัย และให้เวลา Login ไม่ต้องใช้ OTP เพราะเสียเวลาและยุ่งยาก(ระบบของธนาคารยังไม่ใช้เวลา Login เลย) แต่ให้ใช้ OTP ตอนมีการทำธุรกรรมดีกว่า หรือทำแบบ True wallet ก็ได้คือให้ใส่ OTP เพื่อผูกโปรแกรมกับเครื่องในครั้งแรกครั้งเดียว หลังจากนั้นก็ไม่ต้องใส่ + ไอคอน Bill Payment ไม่สวยเลย อยากให้เปลี่ยนเป็นอย่างเดิม

เติมผ่านบัตรเครดิตได้แล้ว สะดวกดี
