£4 a month and then £1.80 connection charge then.30p a kw therefore to charge your 30kw car it will cost you £10.80 to drive 80 to 100 miles. As well as subscription cost. Excel exhibition have them on top of £20 for parking so no free parking. Compare that to ecotricity £6.42 or £3.42 If they supply your home Polar free with subscription or 1.20 connection .

Unusable. App either takes ages trying to load map and then force quits or just force quits straight away on opening. Google Pixel XL Running stock Android 7.1.2

Massively expensive avoid. Total rip off

Don't understand the expensive £4 p/m subscription based model that has been adopted by Source London. Particularly since you have to pay £2 p/h to use the service too. Add to this the fact that none of the charge points seem to work means that this network is failing London EV owners driving them to alternative modes of transport

EVs are more Expensive to run & are less convenient than petrol under ur new pricing scheme. Heck I'd buy a Mustang to offset my years of EV use. At least that way I would be contributing to the incompetent brexit government in fuel taxes. I would be returning to diesel. 4pm to alienate uses and bluepoint cars longterm occupying new spaces. The app lacks info I cannot filter by type properly, I cannot view a larger area and when clicking on a a station I can't view any information or power rating on it similarly I can't find the closest station of a certain type. SHAME on you for ruining electric vehicles

Can do better: This is very poor for a subscription based service. Other free apps are way better and gives accurate information for all types of charging stations.

Wanted to go to London... should have thought of it before as I need an RFID card, can't do anything with the app. I do not want yet another card and yet another subscription (even a one off for £10). This is ridiculous, this is killing the EV. A subscription/card per city, per motorway, per region.... All in all, it helps London, one vehicle less on their street, I am not going.

I can't open it anymore, keep crashing.

Also I can't reserve because it says no valid subscription

Would love to have the number of charging bay per location. Eg: 2/4, ie two out of four are free.

All charging stations show as zero. Some points: 1-Upon clicking on the station no options are displayed such as charging type, etc. 2- No current status of if it is charging or not 3-No contact information of the points such as car parks etc 4- I don't see how can this be a business when most of the points are not working at all. We want to use the electric cars, but your infrastructure is not ready for it.

Sample of first four charge points. Map gave incorrect status for all four. Three were happily in use yet showing as closed, one was actually out of service yet showing as available.

D70%
by D####:

All charges points are not loaded plus every single one shown as closed

O70%

Allows to locate charge points on a map and filter them by type but that's it, and there's the FAQ about the service. Wait and see.
