WHAT IS HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING?

Easy to understand, gives you enough time between exercises to change positions and a heads up as to whats next. Timer buzzer for start and stop keeps you on track with the animation. Its a smooth and easy app to navigate. Settings for difficulty seem to run true, gets you sweating but not pushed to the point of giving up. Good workout you can do daily with out overdoing it. No music, just buzzer.
